Dear Attorney General Foster,
Please allow this to serve as notice under the state WARN Act that Rockingham Venture, Inc.and Rockingham Park Food Service, LLC (collectively referred to as "Rockingham Park") haveannounced the closure of their businesses located at One Rockingham Park Blvd., Salem, NewHampshire, 03079. Specifically, the entire business operations at Rockingham Park will close onor around August 31, 2016. This action will result in the termination of all of RockinghamPark's 92 employees. The closure of Rockingham Park will be permanent.
There are three unions representing employees who are employed by Rockingham Venture, Inc.,and one union represehting employees at Rockingham Park Food Service, LLC. Because allemployees of the entities will be terminated, there are no bumping rights. The name and addressof the chief elected officers of the above-referenced unions follow:
