Dublin City Council and the Crumlin Centre for Music & Arts are delighted to announce the creation of a new community choir This fun choir will run for 16 weeks initially and is for older people, with a particular welcome for people with dementia or memory loss, their family members, neighbours or friends The choir will be directed by Ms. Gráinne O’Grady – Founder & Musical Director of Music Matters: www.musicmatters.ie Gráinne also has experience directing the Musical Memories Choirs (Deansgrange & Stillorgan) and Forget Me Nots Choir (Baldoyle), as well as training with the world-renowned Unforgettables Chorus based at the Centre for Excellence in Brain Ageing, Langone Medical Centre - New York University The choir will commence on Wednesday 13 th May in the Community Centre for Music & Arts (behind St Agnes’ Primary School), Crumlin For more information or to join the choir, please contact: Miriam or Tom at Dublin City Council, Crumlin Area Office Ph: 01-222 5504 Places in the choir are limited.
