IT Experience

Technology Consultant II March 2011 – Present HP Asia Pacific Ltd. – McKinley Hill, Taguig Current Role: Presently working as a Service Transition Manager for OMP+ Advanced Planning and Scheduling system being used in supply chain plants for a Consumer Industries giant. I coordinate all documentation/testing/signoff from all phases of the production lifecycle. I communicate directly to the client, business experts, other vendors and project team throughout the whole project. I manage the end to end project rollout and releases for the company’s plants in order to have a smooth handover of service from business to ongoing production support. As Service Transition Manager, I understand the client requirements for the project. Liaise with the project team, business, product team and 3rd party vendors. Work from initiation phase of the project up until successful hand over of the project to the service management team. I conduct regular meetings and trainings depending on the project needs. I work closely with all stakeholders during the project. Handled as much as 10 projects simultaneously and 100% successful completion of each one.

2nd Project: Working presently as SAP-BW Consultant for an Oil & Gas Company located in Portugal. Main duties include monitoring of daily process chains in Production. Incident tracking for errors encountered as well as knowledge management documentation for known errors. 1st Project: Worked as a SAP-MEM Functional Consultant for the largest beverage company in the world. Providing user support for the daily marketing expense management activities of the business. Making sure that SLAs are met and customer satisfaction are carried forward on a daily basis. This SAP module is customized to the business based on Project System layout and is also a hybrid of both FI and MM SAP modules. Co-lead for HOOPS initiative I am the co-lead for the Basketball initiative that provides work life balance for male/female employees of the company. For almost 5 years we have successfully executed basketball leagues that benefit more 600 male employees and about 100 female employees.
