Administrative – Dealer Shipping - Materials It is recommended that shipments* are made once per week. Supply kits are available and contain 5, 10 count boxes with dividers. Prepaid labels, using Clover’s UPS account, are automatically generated when a shipment is processed.

* All trade-in devices must be shipped to Clover within 15 days of completing the trade-in transaction to receive the Quote price. Any devices shipped after the 15 day period will automatically be compensated per the pricing schedule in Clover’s trade-up Web Site at time of receipt.

To avoid the potential for loss of devices during shipment, the box must be properly constructed. On the bottom of the box, apply tape evenly across flaps and seams, so the middle and two edge seams are sealed, (the H taping method). Do not use masking tape, cellophane tape, duct tape, string, or paper over-wrap. Use a strong tape, two inches or more in width, which has been designed for shipping. Clover Wireless STRONGLY recommends using tamper-proof tape to ensure the integrity of the contents. UPS will not accept a box with evidence of tampering and will investigate if evidenced then prior to delivery.

Once the bottom is taped and secure, add the cardboard divider. The dividers are adjustable to accommodate the size of the device being shipped.

You must have Managerial privileges to access the shipping function. Look for “Shipments” on the navigation bar. If missing, you have not been registered as a Manager. If you feel this is in error, contact your dealer corporate office or your ISE who will notify New Cricket headquarters to have corrected. The correction may take time to go into effect so please check this as soon as possible.

If it is not the location you are shipping from, from the drop down, choose the appropriate location to “Switch” to. This is very important as phones collected for the location in which you are signed in as will only show in inventory and be available to ship.

Administrative – Dealer Shipping To process a shipment: 1) Retrieve the devices from the locked trade-up device drawer, log into the portal and select “Shipments” from the navigation bar. 2) Select vouchers from the list as you place them into the box. Once the box is full, complete the shipment. If there are additional items to ship, a new shipment must be created. 3) Select the appropriate, "Shipment Pickup Options”. 4) Select, “Create Shipment”.

Important : It is mandatory that only and all vouchers listed on the packing slip are contained in the box. If you have a large quantity of items, a separate shipment must be created for EACH package (packing slip and UPS label). Do not copy a UPS label and use on more than one package. Reusing a label may result in a lost package. You will only be reimbursed for packages and items received at Clover’s processing facility.

As a final check, confirm that the number of devices on the packing slip matches the number in the box. If not, match items on the packing slip to those in the box, discover the discrepancy and correct as appropriate.

Place the packing slip in the box, restrict product movement inside the box using filler like crumpled newspaper, loose fill peanuts, or other cushioning material.

Administrative – Dealer Shipping- Reconciling After you have completed your shipping for the week, there should be no unshipped Trade-Ups for the selected location. If trade-ups remain, they should be investigated. If the trade is valid, then the device is missing and should be located and included in next week’s shipment. If the trade is found to be not valid, (mistake was made and a new voucher was created, customer changed their mind after trade was completed), then the voucher will need to be cancelled.
