School Processes & Programs

School Processes & Programs Summary

NCHS provides a positive environment for teachers and students alike. It is a high priority to recruit, support and maintain quality instruction in eachclassroom. Monthly PD is offered to all teachers on instruction as well as periodic technology trainings on district programs such as Skyward, Canvas, andvarious web based programs used during instruction.

Job FairsCurrent staff recommendationsStructured campus professional developmentStipend for high need areas

NCHS offers career and technology courses to students in order to accomplish requirements set forth by their respective endorsement. We only offer a fewcourses that result in an industry based certification that is required to fully complete several pathways recognized by TEA for accountability. An increasein these offerings would benefit our students as they move beyond high school graduation.
