COOLANT PUMPS

1. The above shown performance curve is for water, without non-return valve & water lever 300MM below the pump suction. Pump delivers higher discharge when connected at tank level (20-30% more), and reduces as the water level drops.

2. The pump can prime, following initial priming, upto 400MM, for higher depth upto 600MM a non-return value is to be used at the delivery side. Use of non-return value causes a drop of 10% in the performance.

3. The suction line must be air tight, and avoid the use of foot valve.

* Standard spares : Impeller, Mechanical seal and gasket (sealing) set.

These are immersion type centrifugal pumps, suitable to mount a Flame Proof Motor of any standard make, to pumphazardous / flammable liquids. The motor should be of

2800/2P, B5 flange type. The pumps will be provided with parts suitable to handle the liquids that is to be pumped. The coupling will be provided with the pump to couple with the motor.

Custom made Motors

Motors are manufactured as per customers requirements. Some of the specially designed & manufactured motors are :
