O Replan é a uma das conferências locais da AIESEC que ocorre anualmente, geralmente no período quecorresponde à metade do ciclo. A conferência tem como objetivo principal o replanejamento dos escritóriosem relação ao plano traçado no começo da gestão. É um momento de reflexão e de reestruturação, alémde serem dias de integração e imersão na experiência AIESEC. O Replan também traz o sentimento derecomeço, energias novas e motivação. É um momento de um novo impulso no nosso trabalho paraatingirmos nossas metas e obtermos os resultados esperados para o segundo semestre.

The Conference

The Replan is one of the AIESEC local conferences that happens yearly, generally in the half of the year. Theconference has as its main goal the replanning of the Local Committees plan developed in the beginning of the year.The conference is a moment of reflection and restructuration, it’s also a moment of integration and immersion in theAIESEC experience. The Replan brings the feeling of a new beginning. It also brings new energies and motivation. It’sa moment of a new momentum in our work to reach our goals and achieve the expected results for the secondsemester.

O Replan desse ano terá como propósito resgatar o nossoplanejamento para pensarmos no que faremos de diferente nosegundo semestre de 2015 e o legado que queremos deixar no finaldo ano, e agir para que realmente alcancemos aquilo queplanejamos.

The purpose of the Replan 2015 is to review our plan for this year andthink about what we can do in a different way for the second semester.Think about the legacy we want to leave in the end of the year and act toreach what we have planned.

Our motto for the Replan 2015 is “”Be the legacy of tomorrow”. It concentrates some of our values and one of the main missions of the Replan of this year: that our experience at AIESEC in ABC and Insper leaves a

legacy for the future.

O OC Believe é o comitê organizador do Replan 2015.Nosso time é formado por quatro membros, GuilhermeParadiso (PM Talk), Melissa Masarin (PM MKT), RodrigoGomes (Manager S&S Talk), Yasmin Magna (Alumnus).Todos da AIESEC no ABC e estudantes da UniversidadeFederal do ABC.

The OC Believe is the Organizational Committee of theReplan 2015. Our team is composed by four members,Guilherme Paradiso (PM Talk), Melissa Massarin (PMMKT), Rodrigo Gomes (Manager S&S Talk), YasminMagna (Alumnus). We are all from AIESEC in ABC andwe are students of the Federal University of ABC.

O Conference Team é formado pelos EB’s da AIESEC no ABC e Insper, pelo OC do Replan 2015 e oChair. São 16 membros que formam o time responsável por entregar a maior conferência dahistória dos dois CL’s.

The Conference Team is composed by the EB’s of AIESEC in ABC and Insper, and the OC of the Replan 2015. They are 16members who compose the team responsible to deliver the biggest conference of the two CL’s history.

Replan 2015

• O Replan 2015 acontecerá nos dias 14, 15 e 16 de agosto no Acampamento Sulete;

• Os delegados devem chegar no local da conferência a partir das 21h do dia 14, sexta-feira;

• Alumni que vierem no sábado, dia 15, devem chegar apenas a partir das 21h;

• O término da conferência está previsto para às 19h do dia 16, domingo;

• Após o término da conferência todos os delegados deverão deixar o acampamento no horário previsto;

• The Replan 2015 will be on August 14, 15 and 16 at the Sulete Camp;

• The delegates should arrive at the camp from 9pm on the Friday 14;

• Alumni who arrive on the Saturday 15 should arrive from 9pm;

• The conference ends on the Sunday 16 at 7pm;

• After the end of the conference the delegates must leave the camp at the planned time;

O Acampamento Sulete é um amplo complexo de lazer,entretenimento e diversão localizado na cidade de Itu. Oacampamento possui uma infraestrutura completa, contantocom um grande espaço para eventos e festas, duas piscinas,um refeitório, além de serviços de buffet. Durante aconferência, o acampamento será fechado para uso exclusivoda AIESEC no ABC e Insper, com toda sua infraestrutura eserviços disponíveis para uso dos delegados.

The Sulete Camp is a big complex of leisure andentertainment located in Itu city. The camp has a completeinfrastructure with a big hall for events and parties, twoswimming pools, one dinning hall and buffet service. Duringthe conference, the camp will be closed for exclusive use ofAIESEC in ABC and Insper, with all its facilities available for thedelegates.

Acomodação e Alimentação

Os delegados terão acomodação completa, com quartos, camas, banheiro comchuveiro e um refeitório. A alimentação será completa através do serviço debuffet do acampamento Sulete que oferece um cardápio com várias opçõesatendendo a todos os tipos de dieta. O buffet oferecerá 4 refeições por dia:café da manhã, almoço, jantar e café da noite.

Accommodation & Food

The delegates will have complete accommodation, with bedrooms, bed,washrooms with shower and a dinning room. The food service will be completewith the buffet service of the camp that offers several options of food for allkind of diets. The buffet will offer 4 meals per day: breakfast, lunch, dinner anda night coffee break.

• Após a inscrição o delegado deverá realizar o pagamento da Fee para garantir o valor correspondente ao lote que quer pagar (vejainformações sobre valores, datas e formas de pagamento natabela ao lado);

• O valor da Fee inclui acomodação no Acampamento Sulete e alimentação completa (café da manhã, almoço, jantar e lanche da noite) durante todos os dias da conferência, inclusive as bebidasna festa de Sábado.

• Alumnus que for participar do Replan desde Sexta-feira, o valor segue conforme os lotes dos delegados. Se o mesmo for participar apenas a partir das 21h00, no Sábado, o valor é de R$60,00.

• After the registration, the delegate should pay the fee. Only the registration don’t assure you will get the first batch fee (see information about payment on the chart beside);

• The Fee covers accommodation at the Sulete Camp for all the conference days, complete meals during all the event (breakfast, lunch, dinner and night coffee break). It also covers drinks during the party on Saturday..
