Infinity MileageLands

Infinity MileageLands members can accumulate flight mileage points not only for distances flown with EVA Air /UNI Air international flight, but also flying on Star Alliance with over 25 Airline carriers. Green card membership is automatically raised to Silver, Gold or Diamond as soon as �ight mileage accumulation or the sectors of trips reaches a certain threshold. The In�nity MileageLands o�ers a range of bene�ts and privileges of reservation procedures, airport VIP service and facilities, extra baggage allowance, etc. on �ying with EVA Air/UNI Air and Star Alliance airline members.

Moreover, members can also enjoy accelerated mileage accumulation from hotels, car rentals, credit card companies, etc, and discounts at shopping, hotels and car rentals. Mileage could

be redeemed for award tickets, cabin upgrade award on EVA Air/UNI Air and Star Alliance member carriers, hotel accommodation reward voucher, �ight simulator experience, or gifts.

EVA's website (www.evaair.com) provides the latest information of In�nity MileageLands. When viewing EVA's website (www.evaair.com), simply input your membership number and password, and enjoy our convenient online service, such as: mileage records, mileage credit, personal data update, e-mileage statements, nominee registered, transfer/return miles or electronic upgrade certi�cate, mileage redemptions, etc.. 3. After upgrading to Silver/Gold Card, any remaining mileage will be carried forward onto the mileage needed for the next higher status for one year. If member upgrades a card tier by qualifying sectors, the remaining sectors could not be carried forward onto the sectors needed for the next higher status.

4. The new card will be e�ective from the next month. The validity is 2 years. 5. The mileage/sectors accumulated during the previous membership period will be deducted

upon renewal. This means the mileage/sectors needed for renewal will be accumulated from the beginning.

1. VIP Lounge facilities are available to members during the hours of operation. EVA Air will arrange a substitution if space is not available in the VIP Lounge. Use of EVA's VIP Lounges is subject to local regulations at each airport.

In addition to these benefits, CE/CG/CD members who are entitled to access EVA Air VIP Lounge can use their owned or transferred mileage to invite their companion to the VIP Lounge when traveling with EVA Air. 5,000 miles per companion are required for EVA own VIP Lounge entrance at TPE/KHH/BKK/SFO.

Note 5: 4 Complimentary Electronic Upgrade Certi�cates: When you upgrade to Diamond Card status during the validity period for your Gold Card, 4 complimentary electronic upgrade certi�cates will automatically be deposited in your account. During your Diamond Card's validity period, you will also receive 4 complimentary electronic upgrade certi�cates for every 140,000 EVA Air/UNI Air international �ight miles. Each certi�cate is valid for one year and can be used to upgrade to the next higher cabin class on one �ight number that you have booked. The electronic upgrade certi�cates will be deposited to your account with veri�cation numbers and can be transferred.

Note 6: E�ective from December 01, 2015, during the validity period of your Diamond card, you will receive a US$100 EVA SKY SHOP pre-order E- coupon on birth month. The coupon is valid for one year and it can not be transferred. It will be deposited in your account with veri�cation number. The E- coupon could be used on pre-order purchase from EVA SKY SHOP website before taking EVA AIR and UNI AIR international �ight. The coupon is only for exact fare (no change given). For detailed information, please refer to EVA SKY SHOP website: https://mall.evaair.com

Note 7: Exclusive Discount at EVA SKY SHOP pre-order service: Diamond/ Gold Card Members are able to enjoy exclusive discounts at“Membership Bene�t”for appointed products. The member who is interested in non-appointed products, the payment will be calculated optimistically.

Note 8:10% Discount at EVA/ UNI SKY SHOP: Diamond/Gold Card members are entitled to enjoy 10% discounts in the EVA/UNI SKY SHOP when they present their membership card (cigarettes and some brand items are excluded). This discount can not be used with any other discount.

Note 9: Extra Bonus Miles for Birth Month: By �ying EVA Air during birth month, a Diamond Card member can earn an extra 100% in bonus miles; a Gold Card member can earn an extra 50% in bonus miles; e�ective from September 01, 2015 (travel date), a Silver Card member can earn an extra 25% in bonus miles. The highest amount of miles earned on a one-way �ight will automatically be selected for the extra miles and the bonus will be credited into the member' s account as a birthday gift. These bonus miles will be credited on the 10th day of the following month. When birthday bonus miles from EVA Co-brand Card are also applicable, the higher percentage will be credited.

Note 10: Bene�ts on UNI Air's Domestic Flights: Present your Diamond/Gold Card when checking in at the UNI Air counter to enjoy the bene�ts when �ying UNI Air domestic �ights. 1. Receive a 10% discount o� full-fare tickets on all UNI Air domestic �ights at the airport ticket counter. 2. Waiting-list priority on fully booked �ights. (This bene�t will be suspended during the Chinese Lunar New Year. Speci�c dates will be determined by the Civil Aeronautics Administration.) 3. Access to the UNI Air domestic VIP Lounge at Taipei Songshan Airport with one companion. 4. Extra 10KGS free baggage allowance. 5. Please note:

1. The actual mileage is based on TPM (TICKETED POINT MILEAGE) published by IATA and the ticket fare purchased. If a �ight number is changed due to a transit, the actual mileage of the two �ights will be calculated separately.

2. No mileage and sector can be earned: All classes except the above booking class; all classed for charter �ight ticket, group ticket, infant ticket and Belgium to Amsterdam airport shuttle bus service.

3. The mileage record with cabin class upgrade is based on the purchased fare class and can be credited to the Infinity MileageLands membership account only. It is not applied to transfer mileage to other partner airlines.

Earning Mileage

4. For tickets with carrier code BR/B7 but flight operated: By non Star Alliance partner airlines: The mileage and �ght sector cannot be earned. By Star Alliance partner airlines: sector cannot be earned. Mileage earning please refer to page 28, note 4.

5. Members can only earn mileage credits for the same �ight in one program. It is not permitted to transfer mileage accumulated in In�nity Mileagelands to any other carrier's program; nor can members transfer mileage accumulated in another carrier's program to the In�nity Mileagelands program.

6. To ensure proper credit for cumulative mileage, please always make your reservation in your name exactly as it appears on your membership card.

7. Mileage accrual begins with your enrollment in the Infinity Mileagelands Program and can be traced back to the last six months after enrollment. The system takes 3-5 days to complete recording the mileage in to your account. Please retain travel documentation, such as boarding pass and receipts from other partners for a minimum of six months, or until correct mileage has been credited.

8. Flight Miles: Mileage earned on EVA Air and UNI Air international �ights and Star Alliance �ights will be credited towards membership upgrades and renewals.

9. Bonus Miles: Bonus Miles earned through promotional offers and with other partners cannot be credited toward membership upgrades and renewals. However, they can be redeemed only through the award program.

10. Mileage accumulation is based on the lower class of the actual ticket class and actual �own class.

11. EVA Air retains the right to determine the �nal mileage credit.

Mileage Credit Correction

1. Mileage corrections can be made only within 6 months of the actual date flown or the actual date of mileage-earning expenditures. Members must submit required documents, i.e, passenger ticket coupon and boarding pass, and receipts from EVA Air travel partners, to In�nity MileageLands service center for corrections of mileage discrepancies.

2. You can also accumulate EVA Air/UNI Air international flight or Star Alliance Carriers mileage by using Claim missing Miles via EVA Air's website www.evaair.com.

3. The new updated account summary will be shown in your next mileage statement.

Note: EVA Air retains the right to determine the �nal mileage credit.

Mileage Validity, Veri�cation and CorrectionYou can easily manage your membership account via EVA Air's website www.evaair.com to monitor your mileage credit situation, and used situation. In order to ensure your mileage data is properly credited to your account, please use the membership card's name(same as your passport) to reserve your booking, and provide your membership card number to the agent when booking �ight, hotel and rental card.

Mileage Validity:

Mileage earned by traveling, or through partners, will be retained for 36 months from travel date or from the application date for transfer of mileage from partner' s system. For example, miles credited for �ight date JUN 15, 2014 will expire on JUN 31, 2017. The expired mileage will be automatically cancelled without notice.

Mileage Credit Verification

Guidelines for an Upgrade Award

Before requesting an upgrade award, you must issue an eligible revenue class with--K,L,T(Elite),Y,B,M(Economy) ticket and enough mileage/ electronic upgrade certi�cate valid until departure date and earned by the same account number. Note 3: EVA Air will refund valid unused �ights (including applicable taxes and surcharges) and unused awards mileage upon request. Unused awards mileage will only be refunded after deducting used mileage according to one way award ticket requirement, if they are not expired on the day of refund. Check-in, priority baggage, lounge usage, and extra baggage allowance will be applied according to the upgrade class. 1. You must have an active and con�rmed booking in an eligible class with ticket. Booking can be made at any booking source. Mileage Accumulation is based on the actual ticket class. Please put your In�nity MileageLands number into your booking for automatic mileage accumulation after boarding.

Please note:

1. Infant, Group, Industry discount, agency discount or award tickets cannot be used for upgrade awards redemption. Please contact Star Alliance Carrier for Infant's upgrade request.

2. The required mileage of adult and child are the same.

3. You are responsible for all taxes and surcharges for an upgrade award.

4. Upgrade awards are limited to the next higher class only. If the �ight operates under 2 cabin aircraft of Economy class and First class, you are allowed to request upgrade award of First class from Economy class directly.

5. Singapore Airlines Suites Class cabin cannot be used for upgrade award.

6. Avianca in Brazil doesn't provide mileage redemption for Star Alliance Upgrade Awards (SAUA).

7. Please book your upgrade award 24 hours prior to �ight departure.

8. You need not go through ticket re-issuing; you will still have the original booked class ticket.

9. When you rebook or cancel upgrade booking, please contact the Operating Carrier Airline to cancel the upgrade segment �rst, and then rebook.

10.When your upgrade reservation is cancelled, the system will take 3-5 days to process the re-deposit of the original valid miles back to your account after receiving the cancellation message from the Operating Carrier Airline.

11. Restrictions may be placed on �ight numbers, routes and classes.

12. Your special requests accompanied with upgrade awards may not be available according to the conditions of the operating carrier. Service regulations for the special request passenger (e.g. special meal, prior seat assignment, passenger riding in a wheelchair, infant traveling alone, etc.) may di�er, depending on the operating carrier. Therefore, be sure to contact the operating carrier airline for con�rmation.

13. Award seats on Star Alliance member airlines are subject to capacity control by the operating carrier airline.

14. You must be booked onto an Operating Carrier Airline that is a member of the Star Alliance.

15. Upgrade awards are not applicable to Codeshare �ights.

16. You cannot book for seat upgrade in a waiting list upon reservation or request standby for seat upgrade at the airport check-in.

17. If your presented ticket at the airport check-in counter does not comply with the criteria for upgrade, you must abide by the recommendation of the operating airline's airport sta�.

18. Before boarding, be sure to check with the flight airline or the EVA Air Reservation Center as partner airline flights may be cancelled or changed without prior noti�cation.

Star Alliance Partners Award TicketIn�nity MileageLands members can redeem their mileage for Star Alliance Partners award tickets and �y to more than one thousand places around the world. Required mileage depends on the area, not the carrier, please refer to page 61 for detail. If the award ticket includes any Star Alliance carrier, please refer to the following instructions. If all �ights are operated by EVA Air, please refer to the EVA Air's award ticket redeem table. (UNI Air is not eligible for Star Alliance Partners Award Ticket.)

Guidelines for Star Alliance Award Ticket

1. All award reservations can be made through any EVA Air Reservation Office. While making reservation, members should hold valid and sufficient miles under the same Infinity MileageLands membership account. The open window for award bookings is subject to each airline's policy.

2. All reservations must be confirmed before ticketing. Airport standby is not permitted.

3. When the reservation is confirmed, the member or authorized designee with valid and sufficient miles earned by the same member and under the same membership account can go to any EVA Air ticketing counter during office hours to issue an Star Alliance award ticket (except at airports). Ticketing time limit set by Star Alliance member carriers applies. Un-ticketed reservation in time may result in cancellation of booking.

Please Note: 1. For a used award ticket, the return �ight can be changed three days before the

departure, but only the travel date or �ight number with the same carrier and same route can be changed.

2. In case of double-booking on same destination (airline, route, and boarding date) for award and normal tickets, the airline �own has the discretion to cancel the reservation.

3. Two stopovers are allowed for a round trip award ticket, including one in outbound and one in inbound. The turnaround point and stopovers cannot be the same with the origin or destination's nation. Maximum of six sectors are allowed for each round trip award ticket.

4. Stopover is not allowed for a one way ticket. Maximum of three sectors are allowed for each one way award ticket.

5. One open jaw segment is allowed for the whole itinerary; however, the open jaw must be in the outward point of departure or turnaround point and they must be in the same area. Ex: TPE / LAX(open jaw)SFO / TPE.

6. For an award ticket containing more than one zone, the zone with the higher mileage requirement will be applied.

7. The issued award ticket cannot be transferred.8. The itinerary of a whole new award ticket can be changed. A service fee of

US$50 will be applied, and the reissued ticket validity will remain the same. Any mileage di�erences will be reimbursed to a member's account if the reissued award ticket requires fewer miles than the original itinerary. Additional miles may be collected if the award ticket is requested for reissue. 9. A totally unused ticket is refundable. The taxes, surcharges and valid miles will be refunded. A service fee of US$ 50 will be applied.

10. A partially used award ticket can be refunded. The valid unused flights, including applicable taxes and surcharges, and valid unused awards mileage after deducting used one way mileage will be refunded. A service fee of US$ 50 will be applied.

11. E�ective from September 01, 2015, the service fee of note 8, note 9, note 10 will be waived for an award ticket of a member with Diamond, Gold or Silver tier at the time of application.

Guidelines for Award Program for Around the World Travel of Star Alliance

1. Required mileage for one around the world award ticket: Economy : 180,000 miles Business : 325,000 miles First : 480,000 miles 2. Maximum of 10 �ight sectors are allowed for the whole

award ticket.3. Ticket validity: One year after ticket issued. No extensions

are permitted.4. The around the world travel means traveling from the

starting point in one direction via the Paci�c Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean and back to the location where the travel has started.

To protect your membership rights, a list of mileage or electronic upgrade certi�cates nominees must be submitted to the Infinity MileageLands before transferring mileage or upgrade certificates. (For example, Jeremy would like to transfer 1 Electronic Upgrade Certi�cate to Sandy. Jeremy is the Transferor and Sandy is the Nominee.)

Method 1: Apply On-line

1. Please complete the application form “On-line Service Form” (Please download from EVA Air's website www.evaair.com), then fax or mail it to any In�nity MileageLands Service Center. You will only need to apply for this once.

2. Please visit EVA's website and open the online service function via Manage My Account/ Online Service. After the Online Service is opened, you could star to list your nominees right away. Listed names will become e�ective on the next day.

2. The new nominee will receive their transferred mileage or electronic upgrade certi�cates 5 days after the registration is completed on the computer system of the In�nity MileageLands Service Center during o�ce hours.

3. Please �ll out the “Transfer/Return Application Form” at any EVA Air ticketing counter (except at airports) or fax or mail it to the In�nity MileageLands Service Center to apply.

4. Green Card members who apply for changing the effective date of nominee registration will have 5,000 miles deducted for each transaction. When applying for mileage or electronic upgrade certificate transfer/return through the Infinity MileageLands Service Center or ticketing counter, the transferor will have 3,000 miles deducted for each transaction from the member's account.

5. Members can inquire about the completed registration results via"Manage My Account"on line or contact Infinity MileageLands Service Center. EVA Air will not process any application without complete documents.

Please note:

1. Members can transfer their own mileage to other In�nity MileageLands members. However, the transferred mileage cannot be combined with the nominee's own mileage or any mileage transferred by a 3rd party.

2. There is a limitation on the number of nominee's registration and nominees based on the membership status. Each Green card, Silver card and Gold card member can transfer their mileage to a maximum of 6 nominees (including transferred mileage and upgrade certi�cates) per calendar year; Diamond card members can have up to 9 nominees (including transferred mileage and upgrade certi�cates) per calendar year.

3. The number of nominees is based on the new card type when the card tier changes.

4. Mileage/Electronic Upgrade Certificates with the earliest expiration date will be transferred to the norminee's account. The transferred mileage/electronic upgrade certi�cates will follow its original validity and will be deposited into the norminee's account accompanied by the transferor's account number.

5. EVA Airways will disqualify any In�nity MileageLands member who violates Section A or Section B from further participation in the program and immediately revoke all membership mileage credits and electronic upgrade certi�cates.A. bene�t entitlements. The sta� reserves the right to refuse entry/entitlements to any member who fails to adhere to these regulations.

8. EVA Air cannot be held accountable for countries/areas where the In�nity MileageLands award program mileage accumulation is illegal or unenforceable.

9. If events beyond the control of EVA Air, such as civil disturbances, war, strikes or acts of God, materially a�ect its ability to provide awards, the program may be in part or in whole suspended/ terminated or cease to be applicable in the areas a�ected by such events.

10. EVA Air reserves the right to rectify any inconsistency with regard to members' mileage accumulation.

11. Members may terminate their In�nity MileageLands membership by sending a written notice to the In�nity MileageLands service center at any time.

12. Membership is automatically terminated for deceased individuals.

13. EVA Airways reserves the right to terminate membership for individuals (and all related parties) who sell, purchase, barter, bestow, lease, loan, assign, and/or deposit mileage credits or electronic upgrade certi�cates by use of the Internet, newspapers or magazines. Distributing the above information will result in the same consequences.

14. EVA Airways reserves the right to terminate membership to those who violate public order, endanger �ight safety, obstruct public interest or prevent the sound use of its services.

15. EVA Airways reserves the right to take all necessary and appropriate legal actions to disqualify members from further participation in the program if such members fail to follow In�nity MileageLands program policies and procedures or misrepresent information.

16. Once a membership is terminated, all information, accrued mileage, and electronic upgrade certi�cates related to the speci�ed account will automatically become invalid and be erased.

17. The transferred mileage cannot be combined with a nominee's own mileage or any mileage transferred by a 3rd party.

18. EVA Air reserves the following rights:

● to modify and/or discontinue the In�nity MileageLands program.

● to modify the terms and conditions of the In�nity MileageLands award program.
