How to Earn Entries: • Guests earn one kiosk entry for every 100 points earned on Slots • Customers earn one kiosk entry for every one hour of play at $10 average or equivalent on Table Games • Customers earn 10X entries from Monday-Thursday each week • Bonus entries will be awarded through mailers and kiosk promotions • Drawing entries will be valid for the entire month • Participants must swipe-in between 3:00 pm-8:10 pm on Friday and Saturday to be eligible for that night’s drawings • Check in for drawing must be prior to drawing time Rules: 1. Participants must have a Resort Rewards Club card and be at least 21 years of age to participate. Guests without a card can sign

up at the Resort Rewards Club for Free. 2. Participants must swipe-in between 3:00 pm-8:10 pm before any of the drawings on Friday and Saturday. (Only one swipe

required per drawing day. No points required to swipe in entries.) 3. Drawings will take place at the designated area (see Resort Rewards Club for details). 4. Customer must be present to win. Guests have three minutes to claim their prize. 5. June 25 at 3:00 am drawing patrons will start earning entries into the drawing for every 100 base points earned each day

playing slots and table games. 6. Automated drawing entries are non-transferable. 7. At each Friday and Saturday drawing at 6:15 pm and 8:15 pm, eight winners will be drawn. There will be 25 spots on the wheel.

The player will spin the wheel three separate times. We will take the sum of the three spins to determine the total cash prize. In the event of a wheel malfunction, we will have 25 envelopes for a guest to choose from. They will choose three envelopes, taking the sum of the three envelopes drawn as their prize.

8. Although this promotion is called $100,000 Red, White & Win Wheel Giveaway, the actual amount of prize consideration awarded may exceed, equal, or be less than, $100,000, and the actual amount of prize consideration awarded will be determined randomly by the cumulative outcome of each winning contestant’s spin of a prize wheel.

9. All winners must show their Resort Rewards Club card and have valid ID to be verified. 10. Participants may only be drawn once per drawing night. 11. Participants who check into the drawings without entries are not eligible to win. 12. The drawing barrel will be emptied after the last drawing of the month on July 30 after the last drawing at 8:15 pm. All player

drawing entries will re-set at zero at this time. 13. In case of a public address system failure, the drawing continues on site manually. Management urges guests to be in or around

the drawing area. 14. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to Rampart Casino and any of its affiliated companies to

use their names or likeness, etc. for promotional purposes without compensation. 15. Participation in this promotion constitutes the guest’s agreement to abide by the rules of this promotion and the decisions of

the management. 16. Winners must have valid identification and SSN#. If winner doesn’t present valid ID and SSN# upon winning then the casino cage

will hold the prize for 48 hours. If not claimed within that time the winner forfeits the prize. 17. Accumulative winnings over $600 for the year will receive a 1099. 18. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion and distribute additional drawing entries at their discretion. 19. Employees of Rampart Casino and members of their immediate household are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 20. All management decisions are final. If a satisfactory resolution to a dispute cannot be reached for the parties involved, the

dispute is subject to the dispute arbitration process of the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
