Katie Breen 2004 I'm working at a Commercial Real Estate Company in Boston doing Project Management. I'm still learning the ropes about the whole construction thing, but I'm liking it so far!

Lori Marshall 2004 I'm helping book tours for student tours at a company called EF Explore America (aka EF Education). I'm having a good time working here and learning alot. The people are really fun and they have alot of happy hours (on the company). =)

Avery McGlenn 2004 Currently, am the Assistant Director of Athletics at the Culver Academies in Culver, Indiana. I am also the assistant coach of the girls hockey team.

Christina Sandoe 2000 I just started as Director of Admissions at a small private school in the DC area. I enjoy the work, and the kids are really cute. I have spent a lot of time abroad, too, doing humanitarian work in post-war kosovo after graduation, and some time in South America. But I think I'll be in DC for a little while.

Andrea Thomas 1999 After working in Admissions at Hamilton College for four years, I decided to go to law school. I am currently in 3rd and final year at Emory University School of Law.

ON THE JOBLori Krim Gavrin 1996 After graduating from Colgate, I went to Univeristy of Pennsylvania and got my Ph.D. in organic chemistry.

Graduate school was VERY different from undergrad - first off, I lived in Philly ( a big change from Hamilton NY!) and also there was a ton of work - all the time. It was a five year program, involving classes, teaching, and research. I currently work as a medicinal chemist at Wyeth Research. I have worked on several projects such as rheumatoid arthritis, type II diabetes and curing menopausal symptoms while at Wyeth over the past 4 years.

Paige Jones Stoecker 1995 I've been working for AT&T since 1996, in New Jersey, then for 4 1/2 years in Germany. I've been back in NJ since Oct 04.

Catherine Bryant Crocker 1994 After teaching Mathematics and coaching hockey and lacrosse at Kent School from 1994-2001, I left to teach at Riverdale Country School in the Bronx, where I also coached lacrosse. I decided not to go back to Riverdale next year and have taken a part-time job working for Coleman & Company Executive Search in Larchmont, NY.

Heather Petersen Hildebrandt 1993 I am a CPA who has worked as a finance manager at a major academic medical center as well as a financial planning manager for the nation's largest HMO. Recently I started a second bachelor's program in nursing, and hope to combine my finance knowledge with my clinical experience to take on a leadership role in healthcare operations.

Susan Calhoun Nicholl 1980 I started my own consulting business once the demands of children made full-time, offsite employment too difficult--a fairly standard path for women who were gung-ho on their careers in the '80s. Now, I doubt that I could go back to the traditional workplace.

Joy Fellenzer Paterson 1980 I am a lawyer, but gave that up when the kids were born. Maybe I'll go back to it sometime. I'm doing ski patrol in the winter at Okemo ,Vt and love being outside and the physical aspect and mental challenges of my duties. My 3 older kids have also been involved in snowboard instructing there.

Melanie Ellis Streed 1980 I teach Latin now to 6th and 9th graders.Margaret Banitch 1979 I have been in private chiropractic practice for 21 years. Martha Buyer 1979 I am an attorney practicing telecommunications law. While my primary office is outside of Buffalo, I also have

an office in Boulder, CO, and I'm admitted to practice in Colorado, Wisconsin and Massachusetts. Iwrite a column at least once/month in a legal journal, and I have been published a number of times in the leading telecommunications journal, Business Communications Review. I am also working on my junior international ice dances, and I am a gold-level dance test judge. Also, for the past 15 years, I have worked as a race coach for junior ski racers (through age 12)

Susan O'Donnell 1979 Worked as a Registered Nurse until 1993 when I had my first spinal fusion, after which I was declared disabled. Re-educated as graphic artist Going to physical therapy has almost turned into a full-time job this past year! Metalsmithing, teaching Photoshop and knitwear design to bring in some $$.

Maura Crowell 2002 This year I helped out with Special Olympics Speed Skating in Norwich, CT, and that was pretty fun. I still keep in touch with my 'little sister' from the Hockey Girls Program. In terms of hobbies, I'm really into all sorts of music. I love road trips b/c I can listen to my CDs & XM Radio for hours. I also love going to concerts. I've been playing a fair amount of golf lately and if I had more money, I would play more frequently. I need to work on my short game. I've been dabbling in tennis, but I definitely need to work on that before playing for real. I love the ocean as well as the mountains and really just like being outside. I speak German and love the German culture, too. It was my major in college and now I have a master's in teaching the language as well.

Kelly Roos 2002 Since moving to Connecticut I've gotten involved in a Little Sister program similar to the Hockey Girls. I have also developed a slight interest in running, although I definitely cannot call it a hobby.

Jenn Buck 2000 I'm a photographer and still active in the LGBTQ community, and trying to get Colgate to offer more queer studies classes and be a more active and queer-friendly place.

encourage girls to become involved in sports. Sports are so important for kids; as it encourages healthy kids and instills them with a respect for friendship, health, rules and competition.

Lori Tavares Zito 1985 Member of greater Phoenix Orienteering Club. Love to hike, camp, or do anything that keeps me away from ringing cell phones and computers.

a glacier, scuba in Bahamas...I will try it all!!!! I love to travel internationally - Europe, Australia, Caribbean, going on a cruise to Alaska in Aug. 05... Love it all!!!

Mei Ling Yee 1978 We love to travel. My motto is 'The world is a big place and we need to see most of it.' Travelling is a real eye-opener. The global perspective is enlightening as we are so 'America- centric' as a society.

players/parents have no access to email, parents work 2 jobs and have little time to transport their kids to practices/games. I have also coached basketball at my kids Catholic grammar school and have recently been made (volunteer) Athletic Director for this 500+ student school. I am involved in City Strategic Planning and redevelopment issues in my town and, more recently, in changing the political machine that has run the town since 1968 race riots.

game, too. I have a picture of me kneeling next to the Cup, my arms around it and the bigget sh*t-eating grin on my face! I have been a Florida Panthers season ticket-holder since day one. Because of this, I got to go to the NHL Draft and attend All-Star Weekend a few years ago. That was really fun! I am an advanced and dedicated needlepointer, an avid reader, still a devoted Lord of the Rings fan and I have volunteered and helped raise more than $1 million for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America.
