Diagnostics: Alerts notify you when there is a problem with the engine or the vehicle is due for service. Monitors precise diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) every 20 seconds so fleets can proactively schedule maintenance and prevent breakdowns.

Speed: Networkfleet polls the vehicle’s on board computer (OBD-II) to report actual speed.

Odometer: Because Networkfleet connects directly to the OBD-II, the system is able to obtain actual speed readings to calculate odometer from the vehicle.

MPG: Networkfleet uses a proprietary algorithm to capture MPG from gasoline powered vehicles that have a Mass Airflow sensor.

Fuel: Helps manage fuel consumption to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Plug and Play: Networkfleet is manufactured in the U.S. and powered by an automotive-grade ODB-II/JBus port on your vehicle. For most vehicles, there are no wires to splice.

Web-based: Secure login 24/7 for access to fleet information with multiple users and customer defined privileges.

Reporting: Scalable reporting solution allows you to schedule real-time alerts daily, weekly, or monthly for speed thresholds, geofence violations, speeding, odd-hours breaches and more.

Industry-Exclusive Roadside Assistance: Includes free roadside help nationwide for every vehicle in your fleet, 4 incidents per vehicle, per year.

Integration: Networkfleet data can easily be integrated with most fuel tax, accounting, fuel card and dispatch software.

Verizon: Networkfleet is owned by Verizon, a global leader in delivering broadband and other wireless and wireline communications services to consumer, business, government and wholesale customers.

Josh,

The Downingtown Area School District is very pleased with the ease anduse of the Eagle Wireless / Networkfleet GPS service that were arecurrently testing on several of our maintenance fleet vehicles.

The reports that Networkfleeet provides have aided us in reducing idletime and increased efficiency. The system also provided accurate andtimely report alerts when one vehicle was having engine issues thatprevented major damage to the engine and allowed our mechanic totarget the problem based on the alert information saving time indiagnosing the problem.

The ease of operation and economical cost for the Networkfleet systemand support from Eagle Wireless makes it very easy for me torecommend them for GPS service.

Regards,

Josh Blackmun Eagle Wireless 15 Windsor Pass Horsham, Pa 19044 Josh, On behalf of F&S Transportation, please allow me to present our recommendation for NetworkFleet. After thoroughly analyzing the program for over a year now, as it has been installed in over 100 of our school vans, we believe the NetworkFleet system has been an excellent return on the Company’s investment. For one reason NetworkFleet provides constant GPS tracking which allows us to monitor the location of each and every van traveling all across our county. The system also provides detailed reports of speed, idling, and up-to-date vehicle mechanical issues, allowing us to service the vehicles before a major problem occurs. Finally the company has been able to monitor fuel consumption and compare it with idling and speeding, therefore aiding in reducing the cost of fuel. We believe that the system is very practical, efficient, and economical for any transportation company, along with the aid of Eagle Wireless. We hope this information will help you decide on NetworkFleet for your companies GPS needs. Sincerely, Penney Repp Safety Director F&S Transportation 37 South Main Street Manchester, PA 17345

8/9/12 Josh Blackburn Eagle Wireless, LLC 15 Windsor Pass Horsham, PA. 19044 Josh, The training we received when we joined Eagle Wireless was great. Your folks worked with our mechanics to ensure we were installing the units properly. In the classroom instruction all questions were answered and our staff has found your system to be very user friendly. Septran ran for three weeks without telling the drivers the units were installed. During this time we monitored speeds and idle times. Since telling our drivers about the GPS systems we have experienced a tremendous improvement in both! Safety is the most important thing to us at Septran, so monitoring where the bus is located and speed is vital. The unnecessary idling impacts our environment, and of course fuel consumption. I’m looking forward to the new school year when we can respond to our callers with complete confidence when asked where a bus is! Regards,

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to introduce you to the NetworkFleet GPS system, which has beenproviding my company with GPS for quite some time now.

The GPS system is currently being used in our fleet of school buses and provides us with accuracy, timing, and mapping for our school bus routes. We have experienced significant savings in fuel and payroll expenses by tracking our vehicles.

In addition, there is a mechanical diagnostic system built into the unit that notifies our mechanics of pending problems, which helps to reduce the amount of breakdowns. The system also includes free towing should an actual break-down occur, and has saved us thousands of dollars in towing expenses.

We have been running three different systems within our company at various times, including Zonar. Without a doubt, NetworkFleet is the most reliable and user friendly, especially when utilizing the mechanical diagnostic system and free towing.

This system has more than paid for itself since the time it was installed.

Sincerely,

Carmen TomeoVice PresidentCT/ps
