For copier equipment, Purchase Price includes installation of hardware, with the exception of those items indicated as customer installable. Network connect-able hardware shall be installed ready for network installation by customer. An installation charge may apply for accessories placed after the installation.

Requests for Return Authorization must be submitted to Canon within 30 days of shipment. Returns due to member error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Equipment returned must be in new condition (unused).
