Immediate usage of more BW on the existing infrastructure WAN optimization by providing data

compression and byte level caching will increase the capacity of Customer links without the need toupgrade the physical links or upgrade the routers to support the new higher links.

Customer will be able to move the complex and detailed QOS setup from the router and move it onto theExpand appliances. By configuring QOS on the Expand appliances the effectiveness will increase as theappliances will be able to police the traffic based on the new bandwidth while the routers will not be ableto do so.

The clear and immediate benefit will be ease of management and more automation to accommodatedifferent needs throughout the day.

Delivering advanced monitoring capabilities as demonstrated in this report. By optimizing the networkusing Expand Customer will be able to view in real time the traffic / applications and link utilization on theCustomer network.

Monitoring supports historic view of the graphs which allows better analysis of the network usage.
