He's got a machine called the De-Neticator, and he's using it to make kids forget their netiquette (online manners). When kids breathe the De-Neticator's green smoke, they start behaving rudely online. Fortunately, Clicky, Nettie, and Webster are on the case. They travel deep into the jungle to stop Pete, but along the way Nettie breathes the green smoke. Now they have to stop Pete and his machine before Nettie becomes rude online forever! MOVIE POSTER CONTEST

EligibilityContest entrants will be grouped into two categories and must fulfill the following criteria in order to be eligible.

Class Entrants Individual EntrantsParticipants must be in grades K-5. Participants must be in grades K-5.

One entry per class.

A class is defined as 40 or less children who are at the time of the contest enrolled in a school or a program (boys and girls clubs, 4-H, scouts, etc.) as determined by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

One entry per individual.

Each entry must be the work of a single individual.

Children who have entered the contest as part of a class may also enter as Individual Entrants.

The poster must be accompanied by a completed Artwork Authorization and Release Form for Class Entrants.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, on my own behalf

and on behalf of my class (the “Class”), I hereby authorize the Class’ participation in the 2011 NetSmartzKids Poster Contest (the “Contest”) and hereby grant to The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (“NCMEC”) and its licensees, assignees, and successors in interest all rights, title, and interest, throughout the world and in perpetuity, in and to the Class’ artwork submitted to the Contest (the “Artwork”) and the results and proceeds thereof in connection with production of the Artwork.

On my own behalf and on behalf of the Class:

(1) I certify that this Artwork is original and that I have the authority to waive the rights to all of the Artwork and content contained therein.

(2) I hereby authorize NCMEC (i) to use and license others to use such Artwork in any manner or media whatsoever, including, without limitation, unrestricted use for purposes of publicity, advertising, fundraising and education and (ii) to use the following information in connection with the Artwork: the teacher’s first and last name, the grade level of participating class, the name of the school and its city/state.

(3) I acknowledge that NCMEC owns all rights to the Artwork, including without limitation, the right to any and all

copyrights and any extensions or renewals thereof, and I hereby waive both my moral rights and any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product to which they may be applied.

(4) I hereby release and discharge NCMEC, its employees, officers, directors, volunteers, licensees, designees,

successors, and assigns from any and all claims, actions, and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Artwork.

(5) I acknowledge that neither I nor the Class expect any remuneration or compensation from NCMEC or from any

other person or entity for the right and permission to use the Artwork, as I grant such right and permission because of my desire to help NCMEC in its mission to find missing children and end child exploitation.
