• December 2011 – Academic conference in Brunico– We convinced ourselves that we could do this!– At Innsbruck airport, we defined the concept and

mapped the project in 3 hours

• December – January – February 2012– Much work - days and nights - to contact partners,

flush out the concept, prepare the budget, and make sure the proposal is ready for the deadline (end of February)

– Proposal sent on time

• April 2012 – Erasmus Visit to SKEMA– Work with colleagues . . . .

• Summer 2012– We received notification that NETOUR is amongst

the winning projects.– There were 676 TEMPUS proposals; – 200 TEMPUS proposals targeting Russia . . . – Only 8 of those were selected (4% success rate)
