2015: integrationThe Netherlands Institute for Public Libraries (SIOB) and Bibliotheek.nl (BNL) will be a part of the Royal Library/Koninklijke Bibliotheek (KB), according to a new law, starting in 2015.

New tasks will be:• E-content: on behalf of the Dutch State, the KB will buy

content for the national digital library. • Collection: to make a plan for the arrangement of the

digital collection.• Contextualise: combine and add digital content to the

digital library.
