INTRODUCTION

DON CSOKE, MSc. Eng.CEO Class Impex LLP, Singapore

NESU is an acronym for ‘Nirvana-Energy-Sun-Universe’. The NESU Card is a patented product in the European Union and has passed tests in prominent International laboratories. The NESU Card has been awarded several Gold medals at International invention fairs in the USA, the UK, Taiwan, Malaysia, Macau, Romania, Russia, Kuwait and Croatia.

Kindest regards,

Not everyone is aware of the looming dangers in our day-to-day communication through mobile devices.

WELCOME

Very soon every person on Earth will have at

least one mobile phone. Our mission is

related to the Health and Safety Awareness

of users, more specifically, about the

awareness of Harmful Electro Magnetic

Radiation (EMR) caused by mobile

communication. We are offering a unique

solution, for your own protection, with the

NESU Smart Phone Card. Once attached

on a mobile device, it will protect you.

The NESU Card will also shield you from EMR originated from other devices. It has a soothing effect on the meridians, prevents nerve degeneration and restores meridian of the blood flow. During tests, it was reported that the use of mobile devices indeed lead to a negative effect (“negative” energy) on certain parts of the human body, whereas the energy becomes “positive” when the NESU card is placed on the mobile device.

The NESU Card prevents the absorption of negative radiation from mobile devices into the human body, helps against electro-smog and is recommended for everybody who use mobile devices or who is in any way exposed to EMR.

NESU Portfolio

We look forward to a long lasting, healthy relationship and healthy mobile communication.

Milestones in the development of

NESU smart phone card

AN IDEA IS BORN

The idea about the development of a product with the purpose of protecting people from the negative effect of radiation of cellular phones came to life in the year 2001, after the meeting of three people who began researching the same: Mr. Slavko Lauš, Mr. Heinz Reinisch and Mr. Jurica Mavrović.

Mr. Heinz Reinisch is an inventor active in various fields of expertise, who at first took the position of mentor and team leader (energy, water purging etc.), Slavko Lauš is an expert in metals, alloys and other sorts of materials, while from his childhood on Jurica Mavrović has researched and mastered frequencies, radio waves etc.

After those three individuals have shared their experiences, they decided to start with first experiments. Those beginnings were mostly related to the finding of materials that are suitable for receiving quantum program and keeping the same.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

In the period 2001-2008 the research was focused on not only on the discovery of suitable materials, but also on the energy field of a human being as well as the frequencies of people and materials. After a while and the using of different methods, the first prototype of the card was made and given for testing. The test results came out positive, meaning that it was proven that it is possible to protect and even enhance the human energy field by using the card.

The research itself was based on the system of trial and error, that eventually lead to the discovery of the ideal ratio of copper (known to be an excellent conducting medium), titanium (superb conducting medium that is light but exceptionally solid in the same time), quartz (which is piezoelectric and therefore commonly used in high-frequency radio and ultrasonic technology; also it is memory material). Such an alloy was protected by its German manufacturer within the same year in favor of the company Presencia d.o.o.

For the last few years, the program itself and the frequency is being perfected by Mr. Lauš and Mr. Mavrović.

Page 21: Nesu smart phone card indonesia portfolio

2

CERTIFICATION AND PATENTING

In 2008 Mr. Vulama joins the project as the commercial and marketing associate. In the same year, the company Presencia d.o.o. was founded with the purpose of giving the project a legal and commercial basis.

In the period 2008–2011 series of trials were made with volunteers from Croatia and Austria. After positive feedbacks the decision was made to send the product for a final testing to the IBBU Institute in Austria that cooperates with the IMEDIS Institute in Moscow. The testing lasted from June to October 2011 and resulted in the confirming of the efficiency of NESU.

This is when the product was ready to be presented globally.

In 2012, Mr. Mavrović and Mr. Lauš have filed the patent for NESU under no. P20120303A – named device for the protection of human health from the negative effects of radiation of cellular phones.

PRODUCTION START-UP AND MARKET ENTRY

In January 2012, the company Presencia d.o.o. has assembled a team of individuals who worked on the design of the product, sales strategy, marketing etc.

In 2012 Presencia d.o.o. has filed for trademark protection of name and logo for NESU smart phone card in Croatia and 50 more countries worldwide. In 2013 the trademark protection for NESU was confirmed.

The product was officially presented at the INPEX 2012, the largest innovation and new technologies exhibition in the United States.

Although the first specimens of the finished product were ready to be placed on the market, the decision was made to make additional trials of material in order for the same to be certified as safe for the human body:

- October 2012, Andrija Štampar Institute in Zagreb – certified,

- November 2012, SGS Switzerland in its branch in USA – certified,

- May 2013, LMATS (NATA) Australia – certified.

SUPPORT

The entire NESU project is supported by the Croatian Chamber of Economy, the Croatian Alliance of Innovators, the Croatian Ministry of Health and the City of Zagreb – City office for Economy Labour and Entrepreneurship.

1. INTRODUCTION

At the request of the sponsor, we tested the mobile phone radiation protection »NESU Smart Phone Card« (hereinafter: NESU or NESU card) by monitoring short-term effects of the product on various physiological parameters (skin conductivity, heart rhythm, muscular activity, respiration, temperature and some other derived parameters). Using a physiological parameters measurement device, we monitored people for five minutes prior and fifteen minutes after using the mobile phone (during this time the mobile phone was positioned next to their head). We employed various statistical methods to compare and evaluate the values of the above-mentioned parameters during the call and after the call, with the NESU protection and without it (i.e. control).

2. TESTING PROCEDURE

The tests took place from the 7th to the 10th of September, on the premises of the Bion Institute. The testing was conducted with ten people (hereinafter: test subjects or participants), aged from 12 to 60 years, nine male and one female. Before the testing began, all participants were instructed not to have any heavy meals for at least one hour and not to drink any coffee, alcohol or energy drinks for at least three hours prior to the testing. The measurements were taken twice at the same time of day, in order to minimize the effect of other daily activities (for example if the subject was tired after an eight hour working day both times).

During the testing the participants would sit in a comfortable chair for approximately half an hour (Image 3). Throughout the testing period we measured their skin conductivity, heart rhythm, muscular activity, respiration and temperature. The first minutes of measurements were used to obtain reference values for every test subject for every day. Then the research assistant gave the test subject a mobile phone, from which they called a mobile number, but the call was not answered. The test subject kept calling for five minutes, all the while keeping the mobile phone at their right ear. After that the subject would seat relaxed in the chair for the next fifteen minutes, with the mobile phone located approximately ten centimetres from their head. During this time the mobile phone was turned on, but there were no incoming or outgoing calls. We used the Samsung Galaxy S5 model for the purposes of this testing.

Because the right arm was in use, all of the measuring electrodes required for the testing were attached to the left arm (+ electrode and grounding for the heart rhythm, both electrodes for muscular activity, additional electrodes were attached to the fingers for skin conductivity and temperature) and to the right leg (- electrode for heart rhythm). This way we avoided the interference that might have been caused by holding a mobile phone with the arm that has all the electrodes attached. The research assistant was present in the room for the first seven minutes in order to make sure the procedure was followed, and then left the room for the third part of the experiment. The NESU card was located between the mobile phone battery and its cover (Image 1).

Page 51: Nesu smart phone card indonesia portfolio

Every test subject had the NESU card inserted in his or her mobile phone (Image 2) on one day and not on the other. The order was random and it was a double blind test, so that neither the test subject nor the research assistant knew whether the mobile phone had a NESU card inserted or not.

Image 3: The chair on which the test subjects were sitting during the tests. The image depicts the position of the mobile phone during the third phase of the testing.

After all the measurements were taken, the collected data were exported to an Excel file with one-second sampling rate. The data was graphically represented and statistically processed with Gnumeric and RKWard software. For every test subject we first calculated thirty-second median values and then standardized the data to the median of the first two minutes. Using these data we calculated total median values for all ten test subjects and then created the graph for the measured parameters.

Page 53: Nesu smart phone card indonesia portfolio

The Bion Institute »NESU SMART PHONE CARD« testing

6

We were looking for statistically significant differences within the first two minutes, when the test subjects were only sitting in the chair, the next five minutes, when the test subjects were dialling, and final fifteen minutes following the dialling. Due to a small quantity of data we used the Sign test for the first seven minutes and the Wilcox signed-rank test for the ensuing fifteen minutes. The statistical test was therefore carried out on four (in the first two minutes), ten (in the following five minutes) and thirty (in the last fifteen minutes) units of data respectively. We carried out the Levene Test for Equality of Variances in order to check whether the NESU card caused changes in the variability of data. The results of both statistical tests were corrected using the Holm–Bonferroni correction for multiple comparisons (Holm, 1979).

On the basis of the 30 median values we calculated the percentage of the effect of the NESU mobile phone radiation protection for every parameter compared to the control (the difference in the value of the parameter between the NESU card and the control compared to the value of the control).

2.1. MEASURING PHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS –

INFORMATION ABOUT THE METHOD

Measuring physiological parameters allows us to monitor the changes that happen in the organism in real time, so that we can observe the state of the test subjects throughout the experiment. The device enables us to get an electrocardiogram (EKG) using three electrodes, so that we can monitor heart rhythm and any changes of it. Muscular activity (electromyogram, EMG) is measured on the ulna of the left arm, which allows us to monitor muscular activity on the outer part of the arm. This way we can test artefacts that appear on the EKG due to hand movements. Skin conductivity and temperature is measured at the fingertips on the left hand, where conductivity supposedly changes the most. Measuring skin conductivity is also used in lie detectors, because perspiration and blood circulation are influenced by the parasympathetic nervous system, which is a part of the autonomic nervous system, and therefore is not conscious. It is generally accepted that skin conductivity increases under stress (increased perspiration and increased blood circulation), but the responses can be much more complicated. The respiration is monitored with an elastic band, which measures the extension of the stomach and from which the number of breaths per minute can be calculated using special software.

3. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Measurement analysis shows a difference between the control and the NESU card. The most obvious difference between the two sessions was found in muscular activity and heart rate (Image 4 or Image 5), where differences are visible without the assistance of statistics. Certain differences were also found when comparing temperature and course of respiration (Image 6 and Image 7). The statistical analysis has also shown statistically significant differences in these four parameters in at least one of the three periods of measurement (Table 1).

Image 4: This image depicts the course of normalized median of muscular activity in ten test subjects. The blue and green triangles indicate the moment when test persons commenced the call on their mobile phones, while the blue and green circles indicate the end of the call.

The bold green and blue lines show a sliding average obtained from three points of the normalized median heart rhythm (thinner and paler lines in the background).

Page 55: Nesu smart phone card indonesia portfolio

The Bion Institute »NESU SMART PHONE CARD« testing

8

When monitoring muscular activity (Image 4), we found that all the normalized values (with exception of one point) were higher with the NESU card than with the control. The difference between both sessions became apparent immediately after dialling and increased steadily, then begun to decrease slowly.

Contrary to the muscular activity test, monitoring the heart rate showed that the ratio between the NESU card and control (Image 5) reversed after the call ended. When compared to the first two minutes, the test subjects’ heart rate at the time of the call had decreased more when the NESU card was used, than it did with the control, whereas the ratio reversed after the call ended. Towards the end of the test the difference between both sessions began to diminish gradually. Looking at all 22 minutes of measurements, we can see that the heart rate was much more stable with the NESU card than the control, because there were no sudden changes that occurred with the latter.

The same was found for the temperature (Image 6), which was more stable when the NESU card was used that with control. A raised temperature on the finger was noted in both sessions, but the increase in temperature was higher in control. In both cases the temperature gradually dropped immediately after the call ended, but the drop in the temperature was more noticeable with the control. With the use of the NESU card the temperature was approximately at the same level as it was at the beginning of the testing, but it dropped with the control.

Image 6: This image depicts the course of normalized median of the temperature measured on the finger of the left hand in the ten test subjects. The blue and green triangles indicate the moment when test persons commenced the call on their mobile phones, while the blue and green circles indicate the end of the call. The bright green and bright blue lines show a linear trend for individual sessions.

The course of respiration parameter (Image) increased a lot more with control than it did when the NESU card was used, where the parameter remained stable. After the call ended, the parameter increased noticeably when the NESU card was used, but remained stable with the control. By the end of the test, the parameter had increased more when the card was used than with control.

A statistical analysis (Table 1) showed statistically significant differences (p>0.05) in muscular activity, heart rhythm (while resting by the phone), course of respiration (during a call and while resting by the phone), and temperature (during a call). There is also a statistically significant variability of data (Levene's test) in temperature while resting (after a call), which is evident from the chart (Image 6), since this parameter was considerably more stable when the NESU card was in use.

4. CONCLUSIONS

This present study suggests that the NESU card is effective at energizing and establishing equilibrium. In the time period after the phone call the following statistically significant differences were found, when compared to the control: greater muscular activity, faster heart rate and higher hand temperature at the end of measurements. These three parameters indicate that participants had a higher level of body energy (e.g. greater muscle tone), and that, simultaneously, the values of many parameters were more constant during the course of testing (stability), when the tested persons were using the NESU card.

Short summary bioenergetic measuring

while using NESU anti-radiation devices

Scientific project management: DI Dr. Naomi Kempe Date of preparation: July 2011, amended in October 2011 Date of performance measurement: June 2011, amended in October 2011 Measure and report: DI Dr. Naomi Kempe, DI Christian Leopold

Aim of the study

The aim of the study was to examine whether the state of homeostasis is reduced or enhanced when using NESU in a mobile device. In addition, it was necessary to examine to what extent NESU reduces or eliminates the electromagnetic loads. In the study, special attention was paid to the state of the vegetative nervous system, as well as to the changes in energy flow in the meridian system. The measurements were performed on 6 patients in cooperation with IMEDIS.

On October 17th, 2011, the 6th participant was re-tested with the new version of NESU, because it turned out that the previous NESU had a strong effect on children.

The following measurements were conducted: - “Measurement of squares” - “Bio-functional segment diagnostics” - “Bio-functional organ-metric” - “IMEDIS-test” (vegetative resonance test), with a few selected parameters.

At a neutral site at the Institute IBBU, the measurements were conducted on a number of volunteers. Firstly, the state of a person without a mobile device – the “real status”, was measured. After that, the status of the same person after a telephone call of about nine minutes was measured, using a mobile device without NESU. In the last step, the same measurements were performed again, but after a telephone call of about nine minutes using a mobile device with NESU installed.

The exact details of measurements can be read in the full report. This summary only presents the results of a few measurements.

Measurement of squares

“Measurement of squares” is a method that provides information on the general distribution of energy in the body. The measurement is carried out in four ways (electrodes for measurement): hand-arm, hand-foot (right), hand-foot (left) and foot-foot. Measurement results are presented in the diagram and the table below. A fall of the pointer in relation to the initial measurement value indicates decreased function of the part of the body covered by the measurement

Page 68: Nesu smart phone card indonesia portfolio

Table 1: Limits

When measuring a person who is talking on a mobile device that has not had NESU installed, the mean value of the measurements (arm-hand, hand-foot (right), hand-foot (left), foot-foot) compared to the mean value of the measurements of the “real status” of the person was reduced by 8.5 units (from 82,25 to 73,75 units). Once a person has used a mobile device with NESU installed, a mean value of the measurements was even higher than the mean value of the measurements of the “real status” of the person (83,25 units). In each of the four methods of measurement (hand-arm, the hand-foot (right), hand-foot (left), foot-foot) it was measured by how many units the pointer fell. The total biggest drop was recorded in the use of mobile device without NESU (27 units) compared to that of a mobile device with NESU installed. The total amount for which the pointer fell with NESU was the same as the “real status” of the person (7 units). In the “real status” of the person, the difference between the maximum and the minimum amplitude” was 19 units.

After the use of a mobile device without NESU, the difference between the maximum and the minimum amplitude rose to 27 units, while with the person using the same mobile device with NESU the difference decreased to 15 units. Based on the above facts, the energy values of people who used the mobile device without NESU dropped, whilst the energy values of people who used NESU remained the same or became better.

Bio-functional segment diagnostics

Bio-functional segment diagnostics provides information on the condition of the vegetative nervous system. The measurement was conducted using seven extracts (electrode pairs) on hands, feet and head. There were three measurements conducted in total.

Between measurements, a load cycle followed, and the reaction of the homeostasis was observed. This way, one can capture the dynamics of the control functions. The results are presented in the form of two different estimates.

The results showed that the condition of the person prior to using a mobile device and after the use of a mobile device without NESU was the same, meaning in both cases it was measured a slight energy deficit. However while measuring the person after the use of mobile device with NESU, the energy in the body increased and the body was within normal limits. Also, measurements show that the vegetative nervous system in a person before and after the use of mobile device without NESU had expressed mild parasimpaticotony, whilst a person after use of mobile devices with NESU showed that the vegetative nervous system was normal. When measuring a person’s immunity to stress it was measured that by using NESU in the mobile device, the body shifted from a state of physical tension to a normal state. The syndromes listed under IV and V remain unchanged. The regulation type changes with NESU from a limited to a normal state. These measurements have shown that when using a mobile device with NESU, the status of the body significantly improved in these parameters.

Figure 1: Comparison of the effects of mobile phones on specific organs and the vegetative nervous system with and without NESU

First participant: The differential diagnosis shows a slightly positive change using NESU. The glands in the head, the heart and the lungs show a slight stress reaction while using a mobile phone without NESU. The intestines get better. NESU also causes a slight improvement of the urinary tract and the lungs.

Bio-functional organometry

In bio-functional organometry, measurements were performed at control points of meridians (points on the fingers and toes) on both sides of the body. The results are shown in the table below:

When this type of participant used a cell phone without NESU, significant deterioration in the measured values showed, while the use of NESU even improved those values. In the ‘real state’, 31 meridians were within the normal limits, while after using a cellphone without NESU, only 28 meridians were within the normal limits. But while using a mobile device with NESU, the number of meridians within the normal limits even rose to 33. During the measurement of dysfunction, in the 'real state' of the participants without a cellphone, the number was 6. While using a cell phone without NESU, the number of dysfunctions rose to 11. While using a cellphone with NESU, the number shrunk to 6 again. This effect could also be seen while measuring the pointer drops. In the ‘real state’, the total number of pointer drops was 69, while using cell phones without NESU it rose to 130, and while using cellphones with NESU it went back to 33.

NESU also has a positive impact on the number of meridians that showed pointer drops. In the ‘real state’, the number was 22. Without NESU, it rose to 28, while shrinking to 14 while using a cellphone with NESU.

IMEDIS-Test (Vegetative resonance test)

Using the “IMEDIS test”, people’s responses were measured on resonance vibration materials (a variety of endogenous or exogenous load, nosodes, organic products, etc.). The load corresponds to the matter. If there is a response from the concerned resonance supplements, then there is a load. The results are presented in table format. In this case, only the load is observed, not the filter.

The new measurements with the new NESU again show a tendency of the values to deteriorate while using a cell phone without NESU and to improve while using a cell phone with NESU. Despite the worse starting position because of external factors and the environment that day, NESU achieved better results compared to the results of the measurements of the previous version.

Summary of results and conclusion

The sixth participant was tested at a neutral site. Firstly, the state of a person without a mobile device was measured. After that, the status of the same person after a telephone call of about 10 minutes was measured, using a mobile device without NESU. In the last step, the same measurements were performed again, but after using a mobile device with NESU installed, which showed different results.

During the measurement of squares and the bio-functional segment diagnostics, the third participant has generally shown an improvement of values, while the second one has shown one change towards an energy deficit, which is the reason for a delay of the protection enforcement.

The sixth participant (a 10 year old child) has shown significant changes. This young organism reacts very strongly to the influence of NESU.

During the bio-functional organometry, the fourth participant has shown similar, mostly too low values, which have been decreasing while using a cell phone without NESU. Using a cell phone with NESU, the values went

back to the 'real state' values again. On two participants (no.1 and no.6), who already had higher than average values in their 'real states', NESU had a little too much effect, raising their values even further. This effect was very present while testing the sixth participant (the 10 year old child).

The vegetative resonance test shows that almost all "problem areas" of the NESU system have been improved. One needs to pay attention to the fact that a much longer phone conversation using a phone with NESU can have an effect on the organism, especially if the body has enough power to maintain these positive changes in the long term.

NESU shows that a large percentage of participants achieved the desired effect, although sometimes there are significant changes in the entire control parameter. The use should be specifically adapted to people (stage of adaptation, level of effect, etc.)

Of course, it is not allowed to give statistical statements. It is only possible to record the observed tendencies.

External factors, especially the ones having a direct effect on the morphogenetic field of living objects, can cause very different reactions. For example, if an allergist would almost feint as a reaction to electricity, a less sensitive person could have only a slight reaction. The same is true for radioactive and geopathogenic loads. This sensitivity is not always constant. One part depends on the state of homeostasis and dynamic processes in the body. This counts for interferences with the functioning of the body, as for the establishment of relaxation.

These dynamic processes during the development of devices such as NESU, must be taken into account. It seems that generally, NESU helps setting up a force field, but the specific data packages do not entirely cover the duration of those dynamic processes. So there are a variety of responses from the participants. Interestingly, the effect of NESU as a protective measure shows to be very different in the energy field and the field of management (nervism).

The measurement of the 6 participants was conducted during different lunar stages. Participants who were tested closer to the full moon, showed the biggest case of the above mentioned instability. This also indicates that NESU's data is in the spectrum of protective action.

Conclusion: NESU protection shows a significant effect on the quality of homeostasis of 6 participants. However, the effect is still not optimal, since it highly depends on the individual sensibility of each user. It takes one further determination of the spectrum of protective information.

Update – October 17th, 2011:

Since it was established that NESU could have a strong effect on children, the sixth participant was tested again on October 17th, 2011, using the same load, but an altered version of NESU. Again, the results have shown a strong reaction while using a cell phone without NESU. This time, the results while using a cell phone with NESU were significantly more similar to the average result. Details are included in the respective chapters.
