A first of its kind initiative, that functions without any additional power consumption covering a space of 1.25
acres. This effectively enables external reuse or safe disposal of wastewater as per Pollution Control Board (PCB)
norms.
Concurrent to providing motley of amenities and in being a champion of eco-friendly living, all our villas are
installed with individual solar panels to provide uninterrupted power supply. These solar panels cater to the
residents various power consumption needs simultaneously. All the solar panels are powered by maintenance
free VRLA batteries that reduce perpetual overhead costs and acts as an effective alternative for both diesel and
contemporary electricity.
