NEO FIVE FACTOR INVENTORY (NEO-FFI) A shorter version of the Revised NEO Personality Inventory (NEO-PI-R), the NEO-Five Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI), has 60 items (12 per domain) derived from the original 240 items.
