For New Users

Using a webcam, you can record your responses to standard interview questions and assess your performance.

1. LOG IN to the Career Resource Center (CRN) at https://career.lhh.com.

2. CLICK on the Toolkit.

3. SELECT Interview Center under the Professional Development category.

Create Password and Login

1. SELECT a practice interview question set.

2. REGISTER for an account on The LHH Interview Center: -ENTER your name and email address. -TYPE the verification code in text box. -CLICK the Register button.

3. RECEIVE an email with further instructions for creating your password.

1. ENTER your email address.

2. CREATE and CONFIRM your password.

3. BEGIN your practice session.

• Your USERNAME for The LHH Interview Center is the same as your email address.

• Your PASSWORD must be a minimum of 7 characters and contain at least 1 special character (i.e. *!#$%^&?).

Start a New Question Set Start a new question set or re-take a submitted interview:

Return to a Practice Session Finish a practice session you already started or review a completed practice session:

Password Reset Reset your password.

1. GO to the CRN Interview Center landing page: https://career.lhh.com/portal/page/videointerviewing.aspx

2. SELECT a new question set.

3. REGISTER for your new question set by entering: First/Last/Email and Code.

4. CLICK the Login link in the upper right-hand corner.

5. LOG IN with your email address and password.

1. GO to The LHH Interview Center: http://lhhinterviewcenter.montagetalent.com/login

2. LOG IN to your dashboard using the Interview Center username and password you created.

3. SELECT the practice session you wish to complete/review.

2. CLICK Forgot Password link. An email containing a link will be sent to the address you provided.

3. CLICK this link to reset your password. You will receive a confirmation email.

For Returning Users

Introduce yourself as you would to a recruiter, hiring manager, or networking contact.

• CLICK Record to start your introduction.

• REVIEW and RE-RECORD this introductory video until you are satisfied with the results.

• CLICK Next to proceed to Step 4.

You are NOT required to upload your resume or any other documents for practice interview sessions.

Answer Challenge Questions

All questions in the Challenge Question Set are presented one at a time and require answers. You will have 30 seconds to read the question and consider your response before the recording begins.

• ANSWER each question immediately as you would in a real interview. There are no breaks between questions.


IMPORTANT:You may NOT RE-RECORD your responses to the Challenge Practice Session.

STEP 4:Answer Selected Questions

You are given 3 minutes to respond to each question, but try to keep your answers under 2 minutes for maximum impact.

• CLICK a question from the list.

• THINK about your answer. You don’t have to answer right away.

• BEGIN recording your response.

• RE-RECORD your response until you are satisfied with the results. Remember, this is your practice session.

• CLICK SAVE.

STEP 5:Preview & Submit

• PREVIEW your final submission.

• MAKE changes by navigating back to the appropriate step until you are completely satisfied with the results.

• CLICK Submit when satisfied with your practice session.

• CLICK Continue on the screen titled “Ready to submit?” This will close out the interview set, and you won’t be able to make any more changes.

• REVIEW email from The LHH Interview Center ([email protected]) with a playback link to your completed session.

• SHARE the link of your recorded interview with a trusted colleague, friend, or family member for additional feedback.

Re-Takes

Want to try again? You have the opportunity to take each set one more time if you’d like.

• RETURN to The LHH Interview Center landing page on the CRN.

• SCROLL down to the Re-Take section (Want to try again?)

• CLICK on the desired link to re-take take any question set.
