Sir,

I am directed to refer to Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence letterNo,3372/DGNCC/Budget/118/D(GS-VI) dated 20 Mar 2002 on the above subjectand to convey the sanction of the President of India to the enhancement of MessingAllowance payable to Associate NCC Officers/Trainees who are detailed forundergoing Pre-commission Training/Refresher Courses for NCC Sr. Division, JrDivision at the NeC Officers Trg Academy, Kamptee and NCC Women Officers TrgAcademy, Gwalior at the rate of Rs.213/-(Rupees two hundred and thirteen only} perhead per day, .

2. The expenditure on this account will be shared in the ratio of 50:50 betweenthe Centre & State Govts/UTAs concerned (except J&K and NER). The CentralGovt will bear 100% expenditure on this account in rlo J&K and NER.

3, The State Nee Dtes (except J&K and NER) will utilize the Central fundsallotted by HQ DGNCC only after receipt of 50% States/UTAs share.

4. The expenditure on the above account will be debitable to Major Head 2076,Minor Head-113, Sub Head F.2, Code Head 1/550/02. ~

3372/DGNCC/Budgetl202/D(GSNI) dated 18 Mar 2013 regarding revision of rates of

Messing Allowance of AN Os during Pre-Commission Training/Refresher Courses for

NCC Senior Division and Junior Division at the NeC Officers Training Academy,

Kamptee and NCC Women Officers Training Academy, Gwalior and to convey the

sanction of the competent authority to the extension of the provision of the said Govt

letter to ANOs of addressee State Govts who are detailed for training at the NCC

Officers Training Academy, Kamptee and NCC Women Officers Training Academy,

Gwalior.

2. The expenditure on this account will be shared in the ratio of 50:50 between the

Centre & State Govts/UTAs concerned (except J&K, Sikkim and NER). The Central

Govt will bear 100% expenditure on this account in r/o J&K, Sikkim and NER.

3. The State NCC Dtes (except J&K , Sikkim and NER) will utilize the Central funds

allotted by HQ DGNCC. only after receipt of 50% States/UTAs share. f;
