- A paid voter contact program that integrates direct mail, phone, and email communications to members and other voters in NEA households.
- On-site organizers to assist with member mobilization programs.

Our program will be:
- Data Driven: Targeting and voter contact plans will be based on research.
- Flexible: We will need to shift resources away from races that are no longer competitive to help win campaigns that break late.
- Collaborative: NEA, state affiliates, and consultant teams will work together, not in isolation, to accomplish campaign goals.
Planning Assumptions
TIMELINE
-November to Mid-February: Planning phase
-Staffing, program strategy, resources
Mid-February: The nominee is chosen. Immediate communication to members. Initial surveying of members begins.
-March: Communications to members at buildings about candidates and issues. National Action Day.
TIMELINE
-April/May: On-going communication. Recruitment for NEA Summer Program.
-June – August: NEA Summer Organizers mobilize members and voters.
-Post Labor Day: On-going volunteering, member road trips to battleground states.
