Only doubles competition will be played ❖ Region NSW 3 teams

❖ Region Victoria 3 teams

❖ Region Queensland 2 teams

❖ Region South Australia 2 teams

1. This competition will be played on knockout basis.

2. Every game will be best of three and will be 15 points

match, 16th point will be match point.

3. There will be point given even on each service.

4. Badminton and Table Tennis competitions will run in parallel. Badminton

players will not be able to participate in Table Tennis competitions.

Only single competition will be played.

1. Competition will be played on knockout basis.

2. Every match will be played on best of three sets.

3. Every game will have 10 points and 11th point

will be match point.

4. During game one player can perform two services and then service will

change.

5. Table Tennis and Badminton competitions will run in parallel. Table Tennis

players will not be able to participate in Badminton competitions.

8-a-Side competition with 11 players in squad (3 substitute) ❖ Region NSW 3 teams

❖ Region Victoria 3 teams

❖ Region Queensland 2 teams

❖ Region South Australia 2 teams

1. 6 Over per innings - 6 balls per over

2. 1 over maximum per bowler

3. NO LBW Rule

4. WIDES and NO BALLS score at 3 runs and ball will be counted. In the last over

the batting team will be awarded 3 runs and the ball must be re-bowled.

5. White tape will be used, so please avoid wearing cricket whites

6. This is a Straight knockout competition

7. Batting team can take one over as power play at any time. Only 3 fielders will

be allowed out of circle in power play.

8. In the event of a tie, there will be a super over match.

9. Free hit will be allowed for all type of no balls.

10. One bouncer allowed in an over between shoulder and head. Above

shoulder height will be no ball.

11. Bye and leg bye runs will be given.

12. Top 2 pool teams will qualify for final. Bottom 2 pool teams will play for 3rd

spot.

The top 2 teams of each pool will qualify for the final and following two for 3rd and 4th place. Any teams level on same points will be decided in the following order: Goal difference, Goals scored and finally head to head. If teams cannot be split at this point then a decision shall be made by a toss of a coin

1. Tournament will be played on a 7-a-side basis. 2. Each team is allowed to use a squad of 11 players per match with ‘roll on - roll

off’ substitutions. 3. All group matches will be 10 minutes one-way, Finals will be 15 minutes each

halve. 4. Normal 7 a side rules please note: (i) that there are no offsides. (ii) there is a "no sliding tackles" rules in place and will be enforced by referees

Otherwise the ball can go overhead height, keepers are permitted to come out if their area and attackers are allowed into the area etc

5. Throw-ins & corners are taken as per a normal 7-a-side match. The 'back-pass' law to goalkeepers will be enforced

6. In the event of a knock-out fixture ending in a draw. A penalty shoot-out will take place consisting of 3 penalties per side and if teams are still level after 3 penalty kicks each, the subsequent penalties will be decided on a sudden-death basis.

7. The opposing player must stand 10 yards away from any free kicks taken. 8. If teams are not ready to kick-off at the appointed time, the Sehat-e-Jismani

department reserves the right to reduce the amount of time played in the match and award the opposition one goal for every reduction of three

minutes playing time. Following 5 minutes of the scheduled kick off time if a team is still not present, the game shall be forfeited as 5-0 loss.

9. A Team must have a minimum of 5 players on the pitch at the start of the game to constitute a match. Any less than 5 players and the team risks disqualification.

10. Any foul language used against the opposition or referee on the pitch will result in a red card and one match ban.

11. Any bad challenges will result in a bookable offence. A straight red card will lead to an automatic 2 match ban. Two yellows will result to a red and a 1 match ban.

12. The referee can also use a ‘3 minute sin bin’ at his discretion if required. 13. In the event of a colour clash, teams listed second will wear bibs. 14. Each team should ensure that they have a kit but if this is not feasible then the

captain should ensure that the same colour tops are worn by all team members.

15. Goalkeepers must be clearly identified - i.e. a different colour top to the rest of his & the opposing team.

16. Each game will start with a toss of a coin to choose ends and kick off. After each goal is scored, the game will resume with a kick-off by the team who have just conceded a goal.

17. No form of jewellery should be worn which is a danger to the player and others.

18. The National Sehat-e-Jismani Team reserves the right to amend any of the above rules and regulations as it deems fit. The referee’s decision is FINAL.

19. Top 2 pool teams will qualify for final. Bottom 2 pool teams will play for 3rd spot.

international rule apply.

Each group game will be best of three sets (time allowing). Each set will have running points total up-to 15 points.

Top 2 pool teams will qualify for final. Bottom 2 pool teams

will play for 3rd spot.

Final will be best of three sets. Each set will have running points total up-to 25 points. (Subject to time).

THE SERVE

(A) Server must serve from behind the restraining line (end line) until after contact. (B) Ball may be served underhand or overhand. (C) Ball must be clearly visible to opponents before serve. (D) Served ball may graze the net and drop to the other side for point. (E) Serve must be returned by a bump only. No setting or attacking a serve.

(A) Maximum of three hits per side. (B) Player may not hit the ball twice in succession (A block is not considered a hit). (C) Ball may be played off the net during a volley and on serve. (D) A ball touching a boundary line is good. (E) A legal hit is contact with the ball by a player body above and including the waist which does not allow the ball to visibly come to a rest. (F) If two or more players contact the ball simultaneously, it is considered one play and the players involved may not participate in the next play. (G) A player must not block or attack a serve. (H) Switching positions will be allowed only between front line players. (After the serve only).

FOULS (A) Stepping on or over the line on a serve. (B) Hitting the ball illegally (Carrying, Palming, Throwing, etc.). (C) Touches of the net with any part of the body while the ball is in play. If the ball is driven into the net with such force that it causes the net to contact an opposing player, no foul will be called, and the ball shall continue to be in play. (D) Reaching over the net, except under these conditions:

1 - When executing a follow-through. 2 - When blocking a ball which is in the opponent’s court but is being returned (the blocker must not contact the ball until after the opponent who is attempting to return the ball makes contact). Except to block the third play.

(E) Reaches under the net (if it interferes with the ball or opposing player). (F) Failure to serve in the correct order. (G) Blocks or spikes from a position which is clearly not behind the 10-foot line while in a back row position.

JUDGES

The Umpire will stand at the centre of the rope and give all directions from there. The umpire may be assisted by two Line Judges, one for each end of the rope.

TEAMS

❖ Region NSW 1 team

❖ Region Victoria 1 team

❖ Region Queensland 1 team

❖ Region South Australia 1 team

A team shall comprise up to 10 people. No more than 8 people shall be on the rope during a pull. Neither Pullers nor the Anchor can be replaced during a pull but may be substituted between pulls.

FOOTWEAR Footwear shall not contain any projection, insert or fixture that can penetrate the ground under the weight of the competitor. Soft moulds will be accepted for basic grip, but no studs. The competitors' footwear will be inspected before the start of the competition. Umpire's decision will be final. Every match will be best of three. This is knockout competition.
