TheNationalDisabilityInsuranceScheme(NDIS)meansdisability service providers will be operating in a new environment, where people with disability will have greater choice and control than ever before – and the sector will need to adapt.
Through the Victorian Government’s Sector Transition Fund, NDS is on hand to assist with your organisation’s transition to the NDIS. We’ve developed a suite of evidence-based, outcome-focussed learning and development programs targeting key areas of need forNDIStransition–asidentifiedbyourNDISProviderToolkit, Workforce Wizard and the NDS Business ConfidenceSurvey.

ImproveIT4NDIS is an online IT improvement program for providers seeking to build their IT capability in preparation for the NDIS.
The introduction of the NDIS and e-Market platform will change dramatically the environment in which both participants and providers engage with each other, and will require providers to plan, upgrade and significantly investintheirICT.
The objectives of the online program are:
• Toeducateandsupportprovidersongoodpracticeapproaches to IT planning and system selection.
• ToprovideunbiasedITadvicetoproviderstransitioning to the NDIS to the point where they understand their system requirements and are in a positiontoselectorupgradetheirsystem(s).
