Kartini Day is a National Day which is eagerly awaited by the people of Indonesia, especially women. Every year on April 21, the Nation celebrates the birthday of Indonesia heroine, Raden Ajeng Kartini, who had championed the rights of women in the past. PT Citra Abadi Sejati enlivens Kartini Day celebrations with a simple ceremony. The employees are filled with a sense of togetherness and unity. They come dressed in traditional Indonesian costumes and whole heartedly in events which feature traditional song and dance of Indonesia.

The Best Foreign Capital Investment and Obedient Licensing Company
In May 2016, the Department of Manpower and Transmigration and the Licensing Agency for Integrated companies conducted an audit of various companies in the city of Bogor. PT Citra Abadi Sejati was ranked second as the Best Foreign Investor Company which had complied with all Licensing requirements. In June 2016, Mr. Bima Arya, the Mayor of Bogor, handed over the trophy and certificate to the representatives of PT Citra Abadi Sejati at a simple ceremony.
Evacuation Drill
PT Citra Abadi Sejati regularly conducts evacuation drills. Fire evacuation training is provided to all employees and management. The purpose of the training is that all parties are well prepared in the event of an emergency. The participants are trained on various aspects including fire-fighting and handling hazardous chemical spills.
Occupational Health and Safety - Electrical Expert Training
Mustopa, a Supervisor from the Electrical Department attended a training program held by the Building Plant and Safety Institute or BPSI at the Ibis Hotel, Jakarta in May and June 2016. The training in the area of Electrical Occupational Safety and Health standards was followed by a subsequent competency certification. BPSI is designated by the Ministry Manpower and Transmigration, Republic of Indonesia to conduct this training. This training aims to improve the competence of the participants through sharing knowledge, skills and behaviors required for Occupational Health and Safety.
Mobile Pension Balance Socialization
With advances in digitalization and the use of personal smart phones, many tasks have been automated. Starting this year, the Social Security Agency provides all members details of their Social Security accounts online. A training program was held to show our employees on how to access and operate their accounts via their smart phones. There were 40 employees attended the training. These representatives were then tasked with sharing their learning with their colleagues.
Blood Donation
In May 2016, PT Citra Abadi Sejati – Cileungsi held a blood donation camp at the factory clinic. There were 46 employees donated blood at this camp.

Welcoming The Fasting Month with Pocari Sweat
In the month of May 2016, PT Citra Abadi Sejati in partnership with Japanese health drink company ‘Pocari Sweat’, conducted a seminar on the nutritional needs of the body with special attention to the Fasting month of Ramadhan. The participants learned how to maintain a good diet while fasting during the day. The event was held at the Learning Center of Cileungsi unit and 60 employees participated.
Gift from The Cooperative Society
The Cooperative Society of PT Citra Abadi Sejati, as a token or gratitude, annually presents its members with food parcels to welcome the fasting month. Each person received a package containing instant noodles, snacks, sugar and syrup. A total of 3600 employees who are members of the Cooperative Society received these gifts.
Noise Level Examination
The Center Hiperkes, Cempaka Putih studies the effects of noise on human hearing. Their goal is to determine the distribution, control noise exposure level and to anticipate the risks posed by noise. In May 2016, the Central for Occupational Health and Safety and Hiperkes, Jakarta held a training program. PT Citra Abadi Sejati sent three participants to the program.
Help for Employees
A collection was organized to help a colleague whose house had burned down in June 2016. Yana Mulyana, working in the Sample Division of the Cileungsi unit was the unfortunate employee. The fire was caused by an electrical short circuit. Employees contributed wholeheartedly to help him in his time of need.
Competition for Employees
This event was organized by the Cileungsi unit of PT Citra Abadi Sejati to welcome the fasting month in June 2016. An Al-Quran reading competition was held which was won by Payer Wajib Nugroho of the Cutting Section and Siti Masitoh from the Housekeeping Department.
Yoga Together
Exercise is vital to keep the body healthy and fresh. Yoga is an excellent form of exercise that can be done with simple preparation. Starting from April 2016, group Yoga classes are held in Cileungsi unit every Monday and Wednesday at 6 pm. The benefits of Yoga for physical and mental health are well documented.
A Visit to House of The Orphans & The Poor
The House of the Orphans and the Poor Foundation was established in June 2009 in South Tangerang. The foundation has 29 dormitories spread across 11 cities in Indonesia. Currently, they not only organize programs nurturing and fostering orphans but have evolved as a social institution that organizes programs covering religious education, health, economic empowerment, social, humanitarian and environmental issues. PT Citra Abadi Sejati contributed to the development of Pondok Pesantren Al-Nawawi Al-Bantani. The management donated USD 100.

Environmental Initiative Tree Planting – One Person, One Tree
In commemoration of World Environment Day on June 5, 2016, PT Citra Abadi Sejati continued ‘One Person, One Tree' program by having our customer representatives plant trees within our premises.
Mr. Anton, representative of Polo Ralph Lauren and Mr. Iwan, representative of Spyder, planted a tree. Mr. Rene Frei – Asia Hub Leader of PVH and Ms. Gladys – VP of PVH Asia for Heritage also planted trees.

Factory Emissions Test
In June 2016, PT Citra Abadi Sejati partnered with the Labrotary of Bogor Institute of Agriculture to conduct an examination of factory emissions. This included emissions to the air from the boiler chimney, quality of drinking water, waste water analysis, ambient air temperature of the room and the noise. This test is done every six months. The results will be reported to the Bogor Environment Agency.
