Description of Nonconformance: Primer Coating was not applied inside the supporting legs (4 Nos) near the bottom of vessel and it started corroding in Mechanical Equipment 1970-FT-463A/B- DRY GAS FILTER which were installed in 1970 Gas Facilities Area. This Violates SAES-H-001 Clause 9.2.6

As per SAES- H-001 Clause 9.2.6 The non-conformance report shall be issued whenever any defect is resulted by coating materials deficiencies or/ and application Malfunctioning. Remedial action and method of repair shall be defined and agreed. The KJO/ESD inspector shall ensure that report copies have been routinely circulated and remedial actions have been implemented correctly.
