• Make it easy for PI Holders to keep data current

• Make it easy for RIPE NCC to give service to PI Holders

• Simplify and regularize policy as much as possible

Proposed• Members with PI can register it, or• PI holders may become members, or• PI holders may stay under an LIR, or• Non-members may register PI

resources directly with new PI Service Agreement
