Step 7 Within 45 days, I have taken my oath of office at the local office of the Register of Deeds and picked up my commission. Step 8 I have emailed a copy of my commission certificate to the NNA: [email protected], or faxed to 1-800-833-1211. The NNA will make my seal according to the information on my commission letter and ship it within 2 business days. Step 9 I have received my seal stamp.
