Support and Consultancy

Arms length support and consultancy, to include:‘Nobedbugshere’• pe.st to bring service package to completion:

– Onsite inspection reports and verification documents;– Staff awareness, training and due diligence competence;– Operational standards / handbook for end users to adopt into their business;– Assessments and procedures for identifying, controlling and monitoring infestations;– Control options for a beneficial environment.

• Writing and delivery of documentation for audit standards & end-user packs.• Back-of-house technical specialists. Providing Q&A support as necessary for system

delivery. NBC• In-house support for sales and service provision:

– Writing and delivering staff education and updates– Online ‘ecademy’ content (more on next slide)

Pest-ecademy Training Courses

• pestecademy.com is the online training platform.– Range of courses from pest specific to

updates and refreshers. For example*• Wasps; BedBugs; EFKs; working at height; sales; etc

– Flexible to allow students to learn at their pace and their convenience;

– Constantly available (mobile access) and up-to-date source of reference information;

– Each course will have full CPD points attached; – Act as a full learning and auditable demonstration

for Duty of Care and due diligence records. Certificates will be produced for those who are successful.

NBC Training College

• Opportunity to provide a personalised learning platform (college) and beneficial content programme on the range of NBC services.

– Personalised to NBC (/nobedbugshere) branding and access from your website.– Generate an NBC (/nobedbugshere) certificate (with your contact details etc) upon successful

completion of a quiz at the end of each course. Adding to end-user due diligence, on-site staff training aspect, all with no lost productivity or additional training costs.

Bed Bug Presentations

• Additional, (customer focused) presentations about Bed Bugs will be delivered through the Bed Bug Foundation, not pe.st;

• This will enhance the profile of the scheme with end-users and the charity;

• BBF will be the issuing body for qualifications and certification;

• Please advise if and when you will require additional presentations; costs to be agreed.
