To whom it may concern,

I had the great privilege of serving with Cary McEntee during my tour at SEAL Team SIX. Cary

was considered the most professional counterintelligence agent and HUMINT subject matter

expert in NAVSPECWAR and was, without doubt, the best I ever served with as a career Navy

SEAL.

Cary has impeccable work habits, a very calm and easy-going manner, is highly motivated and

extremely reliable. He developed specialized Counterintelligence and HUMIT programs for our

team and was always proactive with incorporating clandestine training scenarios into all of our

team exercises. Cary also provided OPSEC for our team during our worldwide deployments.

Many of Cary’s accomplishments are classified. He performed many of his duties in highly

sensitive and dangerous environments. He also represented Seal Team Six while interacting with

the FBI, DIA, DOD, foreign governments, and other special operation units on a regular basis.

Cary was an integral component of our assault team and interacted with our team training on a

regular basis including; weapons and demolitions training, HALO parachuting, SCUBA diving,

fast-roping and other special insertion methods.

It was a true honor to serve with Cary McEntee and I whole-heartedly endorse him for any

position involving counterintelligence and /or HUMINT.
