NavKal is an Electronic Control Module (ECM) Programming Software that replaces all previous PC based ECM Programming Software (Nets, AutoUpgrade). Software Features:

Before connecting to a vehicle, Select Diagnostic Interface under tools

Before using NavKal for the first time, you must Enter Dealer

Information

Select “Update Dealer Information” under File on the Menu bar.

Enter Dealer info and click “Save”

NavKal OVERVIEW

To begin updating, Select “Update Calibration” and Follow

Screen prompts for key cycles.

If calibration update is available, Existing and New Calibration

will be displayed.

Battery Voltage must be above range to begin

programming, NavKal will display highlighted voltage,

RED = 9.0 – 10.4 Volts YELLOW = 10.5 – 12.4 Volts GREEN =

12.5 Volts or higher. Install the Midtronics SMART Charger

before programming. See SFN 07-11 for details.
