Welcome to d49.org/Team, a new channel for immediate access to resources and news just for the staff of School District 49. This website features content exclusively for D49 staff and will take you anywhere you need to go in D49, whether you’re looking for important forms, direct access to Employee Online and others, or even the latest activities offered by the D49 Wellness Team! Many of you will be taken directly to this team page when you open your browser on your district device. If you’d like to find it, you can also type in the URL d49.org/Team in the address bar of your browser (Fig. 1). There are many ways to find what you’re looking for while visiting d49.org/Team. Scan the page to find them: • Navigation Bar (Top of Page) • Icon Bar (Bottom of Video, and on most Internal Pages) • Topic Tabs (Middle of Page) • Find it Fast (Bottom of Page, Left) • Sign in (Bottom of Page, Right) The first is the gold bar at the top of your screen (Fig 2). On this navigation bar, for example, the fourth tab to the right of the Team49 Icon labeled Technology and Program Login gives you a drop-down menu with links which will direct you to a dozen team resources including Employee Online, Email Access, Novatime and Schoology. InthissameTopNavigationbar,youwillfindpathwaystobenefitsandpayrollinformationbyselectingthesecondtabinthebar.Asyoucontinuetoscrolldownonthepageyou’llseeanotherselectionofnavigationoptionsrepresentedbyabaroficons.Eachoftheseiconswilltakeyoutospecificresources.Inmostcasestheiconlogosarethesameused

bytheirrespectivepages.Forexample,selecttheSchoologylogo,orPowerSchoollogotogodirectlytothosepages.You’llalsoseeacomputericonthattakesyoutoEmployeeOnlineandaclockiconthatprovidesNovaTimeaccess(Fig.3).

Continuescrollingtothemiddleofthepage,whereyouwillseetheD49LogoWatermarknexttoagroupoffivetabs.Thesetopictabswilldirectyoutotheirrespectiveresources,whichincludePowerSchoolLoginsaswellasworkorderformsandtheD49HumanResourcespage(Fig.4).

Asyoudirectyourattentiontothebottomofthepage,youwillseeontheleftsideofthescreentheFindItFasttab.ClickthistabtobringupamenuwithlinkstoresourcesincludingNovaTime,AbsenceManagement,SchoologyandPowerSchoolLogins(Fig5).Ontherightsideofthescreenyou’llseetheSignIntab.ClickheretobringupamenuwithlinkstoresourcesincludingSchoology,AbsenceManagementandPowerSchoolLogins(Fig6).
