True soul nourishment is vital to sustain the vibrational energy of your Ascended Mastery. As you commit to the journey of your full

remembrance, you call-‐in and re-‐activate the codes of Self-‐Ascension.

Soul Nourishment is well beyond what you chose to ingest. This revealing session encompasses daily living and the integration

of all aspects of your Soul Expansion!

Authentic Soul Nourishment is not about food at all.

Food is merely a means by which the vessel, “body”, sustains energy.

The truth of Authentic Soul Nourishment is when we offer ourselves the gift of truly releasing Self-Judgment.



These words are always easy to say and as we regain our Ascended Mastery the responsibility of living them becomes clearer and clearer. To sustain a high vibration is outside the realm of density only. If you were to once again refer to the pyramid of spiritual awakening, (see insert below), you will notice that there is a distinct difference between the energy of the spiritual activist and the one who has lifted into Ascension Awareness. The key here is the recognition of “the lift”. Your physical form will rebel against the lift initially as it seems “against” all that it is. This is when the ego will come forward with all of the reasons why true soul nourishment would be “wrong for you”. Smile as you see this in action as it is a signal that you are ready to cross the threshold from spiritual activism into Ascension Awareness. It is the blessing that assists you to realize that:

Soul Nourishment does not mean you are giving up anything! It means you are ready to embrace Everything!

How often have you been in the presence of one who is declaring how much they love themselves, they love the world, they love their life, when your intuitive sense offers you a different perspective? They are able to offer the words that sound correct yet there is an inherent incongruence in their energy. The ability to simply witness this is a powerful sign of your growth into your Ascended Mastery. Withholding all judgment and the need to respond or press your “opinion” is a critical

key to your greater empowerment! There is something to be said for “faking it until you make it”, however this process will only create more illusion. Without the inner commitment to fully embrace the shift you are unable to call forward the freedom that can only be fully experienced with transparency. As we journey evermore into our inner matrix we can even offer ourselves glimpses of what it is like to be truly free of Self-‐Judgment. Yet, often these are mere glimpses and we find ourselves re-‐visiting the pattern without warning. Finally arriving at the ultimate question: Can we every truly be free of self-‐judgment?

The answer is YES, and it does take dedication and commitment. We must apply everything that we have experienced thus far to fully embrace the freedom of the lack of self-‐judgment. Invite yourself to actually Love it all! This includes the good, the bad and the indifferent. Let go of the impact theses experiences had on your life and simply see them for what they are…experiences that have assisted you to remember and embrace who you truly are! Climbing through the pyramid of spiritual awakening, you discover that you experience your experiences with expanded perspectives and awakening the further you lift. As you travel the path of integrating complete Soul Nourishment, the natural outcome is the sustenance of an accelerated state of vibratory consciousness. Often times, as our vibrational level is increasing, the proximity of the Soul Body becomes so close that we naturally expand the journey and acceptance of complete Soul Nourishment without having to engage our third dimensional decision-‐making process. This may take on the appearance of emotional well-‐being, physical balance (either gaining or losing weight), increased energy and clarity, and an overall sense of peace. You may find yourself experiencing this and then ‘slipping’ back into the familiar habit of “non-‐nourishment”. There is only one Have To with Authentic Soul Nourishment. . . be patient with yourself. Take your time and avoid judging yourself. Avoid making drastic or long term agreements with yourself that you feel are too difficult to honor. Instead, “set yourself up for freedom”.



Setting yourself up for successful navigation into Ascension Awareness and living soul nourishment:

1. Understand the concept of Authentic Soul Nourishment. Go beyond

what the ego might want to interpret and allow yourself to see the stunning big picture before you.

2. Allow yourself the gift of simply asking yourself often: “Does this serve my highest alignment?”

3. Trust the answers you receive, especially the very first “thought”. Try to avoid dismissing your Ascended presence and trusting it more. However, be mindful here! Often the ego will disguise itself to keep you in a pattern or habit.

4. Train yourself to think multi-dimensionally. An easy exercise to do this is to “go to 10-thousand feet”. Simply visualize yourself sitting on the tallest mountain and gazing at everything from this perspective. Remember that also includes looking into the universe as well as at the earthly experiences.

5. Love all self-judgment as a gift. Smile as soon as you catch yourself and celebrate that you noticed as you have mercy on yourself and your journey through the inner matrix.

6. Play often and laugh out loud!

7. Nourish yourself with the gift of Authenticity! Surround yourself with those who allow you to “be yourself”. Support yourself with activities that assist your soul experience. (see number 2 above.)



Soul Nourishment Exercises for Home Practice

We ask that you breathe, and do your best to give yourself the gift of these

exercises. They are designed to help you to truly release, remember, and

to integrate Authentic Soul Nourishment with grace and ease.

1. Assign yourself one day and simply focus on asking the following for every decision that presents itself that day, (this includes everything, even if you think it is minor): “Does this serve my highest alignment?” Also apply this to everything you decide to eat. Hint: Put this question on some sticky notes and put them everywhere so that you are prompted to ask!

At the end of the day, reflect on how this question shifted, (or not), your decisions. Journaling about this will also reveal greater insights you might have otherwise missed during this process. If you feel so called, repeat this another day and compare the two.

2. Allow yourself the gift of releasing one food from your daily intake that is suggested as a “non-‐vibrational enhancing” food. Pay attention to the emotions that arise during the day and your response to this elimination.

Note: If you are already on the Soul Nourishment eating plan, then we suggest you fast for one day with only lemon water and/or fresh juices. What did you notice about yourself today? 2. OK, the biggie! You are ready to do this, even if you have done it before! Stand naked

in front of the mirror and relax as you allow yourself to fully embrace the gift of the vessel before you. Thank your body for housing you. Cherish this wondrous expression of the Divine for giving you the gift of experience in the third dimension.



Hug yourself and feel the truth of who you are. The more you can embrace your body...as it is...the more your soul will emerge and your natural balance will arise. Everything you wish to manifest will abundantly flow to you with powerful acceptance. And…be sure to re-‐visit and practice the Amyethest pyramid process from St. Germaine that is found in the audio of Lesson 8, and transcribed for you in this packet, often!

This is the Ultimate Soul Nourishment. To truly release any self-judgment and honestly be grateful for this Divine

experience of expansion through density! Enjoy yourself and be free!



The Activation of the Amethyst Pyramid of Creation From St. Germaine through Kira Raa

St. Germaine speaks: Dearest children of the oneness, dearest of those that are of the one of the one, I sit before you now, the alchemist of alchemist. I sit before you in the ability to be able to transmute that which you see is impossible into the possible, to manifest all that you desire, into the heartfelt oneness of truth. I invite you to breathe in deeply the truth of oneness and exhale and release the fear that comes to you from density. And with each breath in, remember the truth of you, and with each breath out, release ever more of the density.

Dearest children, it is only in density that that which you feel the lack appears. We offer you this gift. Open your hands and as you open your hands and put them in front of you, I am placing an amethyst pyramid in your hands. This amethyst pyramid contains all that is all. It contains truth, wisdom and the abundant stream that is yours. And as you receive this little amethyst pyramid, I want you to take in a deep breath, and as you exhale…exhale into the pyramid, allow it to get larger and larger and larger. Breathe in again, and as you exhale, may your breath open the door into the pyramid, and as this door opens before you, there is luminescent, golden white light inside this amethyst pyramid, and in here is a safe container of manifestation.

Oh, dearest children, weep not for what you feel you do not have. Joyously embrace that which you do.

Invite yourself now to walk in through the door, into the center of this golden white chamber. This is your room, this is your tower of safety, this is your manifest Heaven. In here all that you desire is fulfilled. All that you are is reclaimed. The love that you bring in is magnified. The love that you seek is already available. Inside this pyramid, you are safe, you are whole, and all is here. In this moment now, write on the walls of the pyramid that which you are calling forth – call forth that which you see is the attribute that which you see is the manifestation. Do not hold back. Allow yourself to cherish yourself enough to inscribe these walls with the gift of your own magnificence.



Keep breathing as you do, dearest ones, knowing you can come in here any time and revise, add, enhance, and simply say, “Thank you.” And as you are in this pyramid, breathe in deep and as you do, allow this golden white energy to enter in through your auric field – all around you, up through your feet, around your legs, around your shoulders, around your arms, in through your hands, in through your neck, in through your head, in through the crown. Breathe in this beautiful golden white light, knowing you are within a pyramid of amethyst, surrounded by violet flame, offering you the gift of transmutation, knowing that you are the alchemist, you are the one who can transmute. Do not hold back, dearest children. And as you do, feel the energy release from your crown, up through the pyramid, opening and sending a beautiful pillar straight up through the divine oneness. Bring your hand to your heart, and as you do, breathe in deep, knowing that you are safe. Knowing that we hear you. This is your pyramid. This is your pyramid that has always been with you. And these halls of wisdom, and these halls of knowledge are all that you seek. As you breathe, know that you are refreshed and fulfilled, it is your time to walk through the door, knowing that everything you have inscribed in the walls is radiating love, and as you step out of the pyramid, and as you hold out your hand, you lovingly and carefully allow this beautiful amethyst pyramid to be in your palm again. Say “Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.” As you breathe in deeply, allow this pyramid to transform into a lotus – a beautiful lotus of recognition that everything comes to fruition in its time. That everything blossoms, and that beauty is found in all.
