Natural gas dehydration with TEG
Design an Natural gas dehydration unit with TEG as the absorbent.
The objective of the unit is to treat gas ( dehydrate ) to meet wter dewpoint of -10C at 6200 kpa
pressure.
Composition of the gas stream is as follows in dry basis. The stream is saturated with water.

Contactor data is :
Regenerator feed is heated to 105C in the lean / rich exchanger before entering the regenerator

There is some loss of TEG solvent . This loss is compensated by a make up pump, pumping about 2
USGPM of Lean TEG solvent.
The Regenerated TEG is cooled before entering the contactor and the heat exchanger data is as follows :
The gas testing facility consists of a testing unit, where TEG is removed and the remaining gas is checked
for water dew point. For this add a splitter with the following data

With adjust function find out the water dew point of the stream.
