INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES
An innovative technology referred to as MirvAc – designed and developed by PAULA – enables the drying of fruit, vegetables, cheese and other raw materials in a very short time and at low temperatures, thanks to which it is possible to maintain very high levels of nutrients in the finished products. After rehydration products regain natural texture, taste and aroma, characteristic for raw material.
MirvAc TEcHNOLOGY WiTH iNFUSiON*
MirvAc technology may be supplemented by the process of infusion, i.e. raw material saturation using various substances like sugar, fibre, vitamins and concentrates. This process allows us to obtain a product of varied form, crispness and texture, thanks to which it can be adjusted to the individual needs of our customers.

SPRAY DRYING TECHNOLOGY
INSTANT FLOUR PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGYInstant flours, which do not require cooking, are natural thickeners produced without any additives or carriers.
INSTANT RICE PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGYThanks to the correctly selected technological processes, instant rice very quickly rehydrates, thereby keeping the flavour of boiled rice and is not sticky. The adjustment of process parameters enables to customize the final product to the customer’s needs in terms of hardness and viscosity of instant rice.
TECHNOLOGIES UNDER DEVELOPMENT - MEMBRANE FILTRATION The latest technology for obtaining semi-finished products for next generation food production. This technology allows us to purify, separate and concentrate ingredients without thermal processing. Membrane filtration products can be made from cooking juices, juices, juice concentrates, pulps and other materials through various filtration methods:
Spray drying is a production technology which enables us to create products in the form of powder from juice, concentrate or other liquid materials. Solutions are sprayed using a disc atomizer, and the process of drying takes place through the rapid evaporation of water using the hot air. A spray dried product undergoes micro-encapsulation, which guarantees that the aroma is released only after adding water. HIGH PRESSURE SPRAY DRYING NOzzLES enable us to obtain a product of higher quality and better solubility in cold solutions.

We value nature, hence we use only superior quality materials for production. The fruit and vegetables that serve as the basis for our products are not genetically modified; we demand Non-GMO certificates or declarations from our suppliers.
PRODUCTS
The entire process of production is controlled using the implemented and certified Food Safety System (FSSC 22000), which covers every stage of production: from material verification at the suppliers to final product control.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
The continuous quality assurance and control system improvement ensures that we observe the highest standards resulting not only from the implemented systems and legal regulations, but also from the requirements of our customers.
Every batch of delivered material and finished product is subject to strict laboratory control using physical, chemical, microbiological and organoleptic methods.
We have at our disposal state-of-the-art laboratory facilities equipped with the latest generation measuring devices, e.g. a gas chromatograph used to examine the content of pesticides in materials.
Moreover, products undergo regular tests in accredited external laboratories. Our products are safe because they are controlled at all stages of production.
We assure highest possible hygiene standards of production and our products can be used in baby food.
