Demilitarization, Dismantling and Disposal (D3) Support Partnership (SP)The D3 Support Partnership (SP) provides access to a full range of services for the demilitarization, dismantling and disposal of land, naval and air systems, other equipment and Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT), using all applicable regulations and procedures, and providing maximum financial returns.

Maximize Customer RevenuesThe D3 Support Partnership offers a unique opportunity to maximize revenues associated with surplus material. Defence surplus equipment contains material with a high resale or scrap value, or that can be recycled back into the military system. Our services offer an internet auction capability that sells re-furbished equipment to commercial contractors and have expertise in scrap management. All of this ensures maximum financial benefit from the disposal of equipment, frees up storage space, and reduces costly stockpiles.

D3 ServicesWe process excess property in the most cost-effective manner, and consistent with adequate security, environmental protection and safety.

Our services will demilitarize the equipment, preclude unauthorized use, render innocuous dangerous material, protect national interests, and include:
