THE ORGANIZATIONSierra U.S. is a full-service commercial real estate firm and experts in all aspects of commercial real estate. Specializing in urban retail and tenant representation, Sierra U.S. has decades of experience focusing on retail, restaurant, and entertainment tenants with a history of delivering customized roll-outs and re-energized expansion plans for retailers that are focused on a differentiated customer experience.

Founder Rob Rowe established Commercial Realty and Development in 1992 with a core specialization in urban retail and office leasing. Sierra Group was founded in 2001 by Marc Offit with a focus on tenant representation and suburban leasing. Together, co-founders Marc and Rob merged companies to establish Sierra U.S. in 2005.

Together Marc and Rob have over 45 years of combined industry experience. Today, Sierra U.S. combines their expertise in expansion and development, strategic market analysis and research, as well as leveraging their knowledge of local and national markets along with their industry relationships to accomplish real estate objectives.

ENTERTAINMENT/OUTLET CENTERSNavy Pier - Chicago, IL

Navy Pier has been an icon of Chicago and a popular destination throughout much of its history. It offers a diverse and eclectic experience and is positioned in one of the most unique settings in the world. In honor of its centennial, Navy Pier is undergoing a re-imagination of what it can be for the next 100 years. The new vision is to have the retailers and

restaurants at Navy Pier be places that are based locally, which will give the true essence of Chicago to this icon. This vision is currently under construction and several sections have already been completed and are open to the public.

MB Financial Park at Rosemont - Rosemont, ILMB Financial Park is an open and operating entertainment project adjacent to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center and the Chicago O’Hare International Airport. POWER + MIXED-USE CENTERSLogan’s Crossing - Chicago, IL

Logan’s Crossing is a prime re- development project in Chicago’s up and coming Logan Square neighborhood. Located at the West quadrant of Milwaukee Avenue and Sacramento Avenue, this 2.55 acre mixed-use project has two mid-box retail spaces as well as a street level, small shop retail component - in total there is more than 105,000 square feet of retail space. The

project will also include more than 200 residential units and over 300 parking spaces.

Hillside Town Center - Hillside, ILHillside Town Center is a 365,000 square foot Super Target-anchored power center built on 32 acres that opened in April 2009. It is located at the southwest corner of the Mannheim Road interchange of Interstate 294. Additional tenants in this center include Charming Charlie, Chase Bank, Holiday Inn Express, HomeGoods, Home Run Inn Pizza, Jimmy John’s, Michaels,

Panda Express, Petco, Rainbow, Ross Dress for Less, Skechers, and Wingstop.

Freedom Commons - Naperville, ILFreedom Commons is a lifestyle center that is built on 25 acres and located at the new Interstate 88 interchange at Freedom Drive. The tenants of Freedom Commons include Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, Fidelity Investments, iFly, LA|Fitness, Maggiano’s Little Italy, Morton’s The Steakhouse, and The White Chocolate Grill. This project is surrounded by

hotels, office buildings, and residential areas making this the perfect addition to the area.

GROCERY-ANCHORED CENTERSRavenswood Station - Chicago, IL

Ravenswood Station is a multi- tenant development anchored by Mariano’s Fresh Market that opened in February 2014. This project also includes a LA|Fitness, Sears Auto Center, and rooftop parking. It is located in Chicago’s Ravenswood neighborhood and adjacent to the Ravenswood Metra station on the Union Pacific/North Line. In addition to the retail, there was also a 150

unit luxury apartment community (Ravenswood Terrace) built adjacent to the development.

Fountain Plaza - Ellisville, MOFountain Plaza is a 235,000 square foot shopping center that is anchored by Lucky’s Market and Lifetime Fitness. Other tenants include The Corner, Dunkin’ Donuts, Five Guys, Lindell Bank, MOD Pizza, Qdoba, and Southwest Bank. It is located at the high traffic corner of Clarkson Road and Clayton Road. The site is situated amongst the most affluent communities in the

market as well as a dense residential population and large daytime workforce.

The Shops at Glen Pointe - Glenview, ILThe Shops at Glen Pointe is a mixed- use development that is anchored by Mariano’s Fresh Market and a 416,000 square foot office building, which is home to Astellas Pharma US, Inc. This project is also home to Chipotle, CVS/pharmacy, The Gardner School, LA|Fitness, PNC Bank, Starbucks, and more than 290 residential units.
