GENERAL INFORMATION
NST are expected to start working right after the date of appointment.NST may be invited to summits in İstanbul and national conferences. NST will be selected for 6 months. NST may be invited to MC Monthly Review when it’s urgent&necessary.NST will be evaluated with Performance Reports which will be created by MC.NST will have a big role in Network Management&Implementation.

• Expansion developer will be involved ‘Expansion Development Model’ creation process.
• Expansion developer is responsible for ensuring expansions are implementing MC’s strategies through continuous visits.
• Expansion developer will directly work with LCs whohave SU & Expansion in their local currently.
• Examine whether the LC is growing as the current growth model proposed.
• Give inputs to LCs and MC about expansionperformance.

RESPONSIBILITIES :• Help MCVP oGT to work with the tier system and implement
national strategies on oGT network according to each local reality;• Write a formal report of each coachee once a month, identifying
network’s inner needs and proposing strategies to be applyied on network’s GAPs.
• Support on planning and implementation of oGT Area in local level;• Training and chats with the oGT Network in conferences and
virtually;• montlhy consultancies and cluster’s interactions;• Generate and send to LCPs and VPs a report for each meeting with
clear action plan and next steps;• Help the MCVP oGIP to implement product packaging and IXP
campaings in the local level;• Attendance to virtual weekly meeting with MCVP OGT – track
results and performance
