ProgramProgram• Phase 1 includes Road Decommissioning (Both System
and Unauthorized Roads) and AOP.• We will likely have to move toward mandating use of
the Road Maintenance Planning Module (RMP) in the next few years.
• System Road Decommissioning is relatively easy – if we use RMP.
• Unauthorized roads are not required to be entered into Infra, nor placed on the GIS coverage.
• Watershed folks are tracking this in the Watershed Improvement Tracking (WIT) system.
• We need to work with watershed folks so we’re not duplicating effort.o They may already be putting these in GIS.o Consider allowing them to enter the tabular data in Infra.
