-42 Crystal A small-scale textured finish which imparts a brighter, more durable surface. Recommended for horizontal and vertical interior applications. Available on 949 & 909 in HPL and all colors, patterns and woodgrains for Compact. Non directional finish.

-43 Artisan™ A look reminiscent of the hand-rubbed, oiled finish used by craftsmen to produce fine wood surfaces. Recommended for horizontal or vertical interior application. Available on selected colors. Non directional finish.

-46 Etchings™ A softly polished and etched surface dappled with highlights from tiny fractures and fissures reminiscent to those found in natural granite and stone. Recommended for horizontal and vertical interior applications. Non directional finish.

-58 Matte A finish that imparts a warm, pleasing effect that enhances the beauty of color and produces a greater clarity and depth. Recommended for horizontal and vertical interior applications. Available on all Solid Colors, Patterns and Woodgrains. Non directional finish

-90 Gloss A high gloss finish ideal for applications that require maximum smoothness and reflectance. Recommended for horizontal or vertical interior application. Available on all Solid Colors, Patterns and Woodgrains All -90 Gloss items can be used as Dry-Erase Markerboard and can be ordered as Make-to-Order (MTO). Non directional finish.

-CK Chalkboard Chalkboard matte finish. Recommended for horizontal and vertical interior applications. Available on 3036 & 3037 colors only. Non directional finish.

-MC MicroDot™ A low-sheen finish with subtle, concave circles arranged in a tight grid formation. Recommended for horizontal and vertical interior applications. Available on all Solid Colors and specific colors within the MicroDot Collection. Non directional finish.

-NG Natural Grain An even textured woodgrain finish featuring a low luster, medium pore design. Recommended for horizontal and vertical interior applications. Available on all Solid Colors and select Woodgrains. Vertical finish.

-NT Naturelle™ Subtle straight grain ticking creates a realistic natural wood look and low sheen finish. Recommended for light-duty horizontal or vertical interior applications. This finish is not recommended for heavy-duty horizontal applications such as countertops. Available on select Woodgrains. Vertical finish. Peel coat required.

-PG Pure Grain Highly usable woodgrain finish that adds dimension and depth to wood patterns. Recommended for horizontal and vertical interior applications. Available on select woodgrains. X

-PX Plex A small scale, versatile finish that impresses with its weaved textile feel, crisp touch and low gloss sheen. Recommended for horizontal and vertical interior applications. Available on all Solid Colors and Patterns. Non directional finish.

-RD Radiance® Shimmering brilliant smooth gloss finish is penetrated with texture. It is complimented by 3D holographic facets that refract and reflect light in natural-veined patterns highlighting stone and granite looks. Recommended for horizontal and vertical interior applications. Non directional finish.

-SP Sculpted™ Horizontal lines meander across the laminate sheet in a slightly undulating fashion. Recommended for light-duty horizontal and vertical interior applications. This finish is not recommended for countertops. Available on all Solid Colors and specific colors within the Sculpted Collection. Horizontal finish.

-WR Woodbrush™ This linear or rift cut grain with subtle ticking is a perfect compliment to modern straight grain woods. The Woodbrush finish features a high/low luster combination giving complexity and depth. Recommended for light-duty horizontal or vertical interior application. This finish is not recommended for heavy-duty horizontal applications such as countertops. Available on select Woodgrains. Vertical finish.

General Purpose Grade (HGS) The most widely specified grade. Recommended for horizontal and vertical interior applications. Available on Architectural Door Program and select sizes as Make-to-Order (MTO).

Horizontal Postforming Grade (HGP) Outside radius to ½" (12.7mm) and cove radius to 3/16"(4.8mm). Postformable to permit bending on suitable commercial postforming equipment. Use whenever forming is desired for decorative or functional purposes in interior applications. Optimum postforming temperature is 325˚F (163˚C).

Vertical Postforming Grade (VGP) Outside and inside radii to 3/8"(9.5mm). A forming grade designed for vertical or light duty horizontal interior applications requiring radiused edges. Thinner than Grade 12; excellent for postformed radii. Installed panel width not to exceed 24" (609.6mm) maximum.

Fire-Rated Vertical Grade (VGF) Intended for use in horizontal and vertical interior applications which require low flame spread ratings to conform to building codes. Classified by Underwriter’s Laboratories, Inc. and meets most military and marine specifications. Slightly thinner than Grade 50. Available on selected Fire-Rated Laminate items.

Colors subject to dye lot variations. This limited warranty only applies to Formica® brand laminate which is stored, handled, fabricated and installed in the manner recommended by Formica Corporation.
