DAY 1 – Arrive in Utah Welcome to Salt Lake City, Utah. Meet your Tour Manager at 6:00p.m. for dinner with your traveling companions. Meal: D

DAY 2 – Salt Lake City and Dead Horse Point State ParkEnjoy a panoramic tour of Salt Lake City, founded by Mormon settlersmore than 150 years ago. Then, venture into Dead Horse Point StatePark with its amazing views of the Colorado River as it snakes its waythrough the massive sandstone walls, colorful canyons, mesas andbuttes of the area. Later, continue to Moab and your hotel. Meal: B

DAY 3 – Arches National Park and Colorado River Float TripArches National Park contains the largest concentration of stonearches in the world. A local guide shows you the massive sandstonearches and describes the culture of those that have occupied the re-gion. Enjoy lunch before boarding a raft for a float trip on the Col-orado River. During the leisurely ride your oarsman will tell tales ofthe area as you explore river passages with names like Fisher Towersand Professor Valley. Meals: B, L

DAY 4 – Capitol Reef National Park and Grand Staircase-Escalante National MonumentA morning scenic drive brings you to impressive Capitol Reef Na-tional Park, where white sandstone “domes” cap massive reef-likecliffs. Then, travel along Utah’s incredible Highway 12 Scenic Bywayas you wind your way through spectacular Escalante-Grand StaircaseNational Monument. Meal: B

DAY 5 – Bryce Canyon National ParkSee the famed “Pink Cliffs” of Bryce Canyon National Park and thenatural orange and red colored formations called Hoodoos, one ofthe most spectacular scenic wonders in the world. Meals: B, D

DAY 6 – Zion National ParkToday features awe-inspiring Zion National Park, where the VirginRiver has cut a dramatic rugged gorge through multi-hued sand-stone, shale and limestone. Look up at the towering rock walls sur-rounding you on all sides as you tour this incredible natural wonderaboard open-air sightseeing trams. Later, enjoy time for exploringon your own or shopping in picturesque Springdale. Meal: B

DAY 7 – Lake Powell Cruise A scenic drive along Vermilion Cliffs National Monument culmi-nates at the impressive Colorado River Gorge at Navajo Bridge.Near Page, climb aboard your vessel for an Antelope Canyon cruiseon sky-blue Lake Powell. Dinner tonight has been arranged in theRainbow Room at the Lake Powell Resort. Meals: B, D

DAY 8 – Grand Canyon South RimEntering through the east gate, arrive at Grand Canyon NationalPark’s amazing south rim. World-renowned for its remarkablebeauty and diverse range of rock layers, the Grand Canyon offersvisitors an unmatched display of scenic wonders and breathtakingviews. Meal: B

DAY 9 – Petrified Forest National Park and Painted DesertDrive through one of the world’s largest concentrations of petrifiedwood at Petrified Forest National Park and see the multi-hued bad-lands of the Painted Desert. Meals: B, D

DAY 10 – Indian Pueblo Cultural Center and Evening Balloon GlowThe Indian Pueblo Cultural Center was designed to preserve andperpetuate Pueblo culture and features original artwork, exhibitsand theater presenting the accomplishments of the people of NewMexico. Later a local guide joins you for a tour of Albuquerque to

learn about the history of the area. Just before dusk, the burners ofnearly 500 balloons are ignited and the evening sky fills with akaleidoscope of brilliant, luminous color at the Balloon Glow, fol-lowed by a vivid fireworks display. Meal: B

DAY 11 – Balloon Mass Ascension and Sandia PeakIt’s an early start today at the Fiesta Grounds for the “mass ascen-sion” of over 600 specially shaped balloons as they lift off at sunrise.Later, take a thrilling ride aboard the Sandia Peak Aerial Tramwayfor incredible views of the Rio Grande Valley. Tonight enjoy afarewell dinner at Sandiago’s Restaurant. Meals: B, D

DAY 12 – Depart for HomeTransfer to Albuquerque’s Sunport Airport for flights home depart-ing after 12:00 p.m. Meal: B
