DESCRIPTION
The CARICOM Development Fund (CDF) is providing technical assistance to BELTRAIDE by funding a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Policy and Strategy for Belize. OBJECTIVES: Establish definition for MSMEs. Identify and priorities issues and constraints to MSME development. Define the specific programs and activities to be undertaken to address the prioritized issues/constraints. Plot the way forward for the sustained development of the sector.
