CONFERENCE OUTLINE:nd2 National Management Summit and Research Conference (NMSRC-2018)
has become the leading podium for academicians, corporate, strategists, research scholars, management graduates and professionals of different domains. Now the conference is extended across the country as this time Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is also accompanying as active partner.
The conference is scheduled to be hosted at ISM Patna dated 14 - 15 December st
2018 after the successful 1 NMSRC - 2017 with new participants, new researches, new concepts and new thoughts. This conference intends to bring together and provide a common platform to accumulate and exchange the innovative ideas, latest knowledge and unique experiences for the benets of researchers, corporates, academicians, students and other participants.
stThe 1 conference interaction and opinion brought great environment for researchers to love their work and interactive sessions with vast experienced academicians from different universities and institutions. We do hope that the dynamic participation of most prominent speakers and delegates and their original ideas will create a thrilling atmosphere on Management and Development: Issues and Perspective.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:In order to update the awareness with volatile environment in all the elds of management and development there is the need for growth and development of an individual. This National Conference focuses upon "Management and Development: Issues and Perspective" as well publishing the research in the form of ISSN journal and research book.
BEST ARTICLE AWARD: 1 (One) best selected article will be awarded for each theme after the valedictory session.All the abstracts and full length papers for this conference should be uploaded through “http://nmsrc.ismpatna.ac.in” i.e. online submission to organizing secretary in the prescribed format.Format of Abstract Submission: Abstract should be limited to 300 words (excluding the title, name, designation, afliations and keywords). Page Setup: paper A4; top and bottom: 3 cm; left: 3 cm and right: 2 cm. The title must be less than 200 characters and presented in capital letters, bold 14 point Arial font and in bold 11 point Arial font in a row followed by their designation, afliation & email address in the next row in italic. 10 point Arial font in sentence case, in justify should be used with single line spacing followed by keyword in a row. Please ensure your abstract have been uploaded through website. In case of difculty in submission of Abstract online then the same may be submitted through email “[email protected]”.Format of Full Length Paper: After acceptance of the abstract, format of full length paper and copyright agreement will be emailed to corresponding authors/co-authors or it may be downloaded from the web site http://nmsrc.ismpatna.ac.in.

DETAILS OF TECHNICAL SESSIONS: IMPORTANT DATES
To attend or present the paper in the conference delegates are requested to get registered. Prescribed Registration fee with lled and duly signed registration form should be sent in advance to the Organising Secretary. Registration fee will include registration kit, proceeding of the conference, entry in all sessions breakfast, lunch and dinner.

ACCOMODATION:
Limited accommodation in the Institute Hostel may be availed on payment basis with an advance request on rst come rst serve basis. Otherwise participants have to make their own arrangement for accommodation.
