Subject: Written Test of Admission to M.Phil/Ph.D./Ph.D (Part Time) and Integrated M.Phil-Ph.D. for the Academic

Year-2019-20

Dear Sonalika Biswal,

With reference to your application for admission to programme for the Academic Session 2019-20, you are required

to appear for a written test at the above address on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 10.00 AM. In this context you are

required to report to the Institute by 09.00 A.M. along with the duly filled in Hall Ticket and self –attested recent

passport size photograph afforced at the given space.

A copy of the blank Hall Ticket is enclosed herewith for your use, which you can also download from our website.

It is mandatory for you to bring Hall Ticket with recent photograph pasted on it. Without the Hall Ticket you will

not be permitted to appear in the examination.

The result of the written test shall be declared on June 23, 2019 afternoon and the names of the successful

candidates shall be displayed both on the website of the Institute as well as on the Notice Board.

The successful candidates shall be required to appear for face-to-face interview scheduled between 9.00 AM to 6.00

PM on June 24th and 25th, 2019 at the Institute. The appearance of the candidates in the face-to-face interview shall

however, be subject to the production of the following documents.

Original Marks Statement regarding your qualification including qualifying examination (Post-Graduate

level)

Original certificate pertaining to academic qualifications.

Original Certificates proving the category such as SC/ST/OBC/persons with Disability (PWD) in case of these

candidates, who have applied under any of the above categories.

NET qualified candidates for JRF are required to produce their award certificates at the time of interview.

The status of the candidates having succeeded in both, the written Test and face-to-face interview shall be

displayed on the website (www.niepa.ac.in) and Notice Board of the Institute by 28th June2019.

The Institute reserves the right to cancel the admission in case a candidate does not fulfill minimum

qualification/required percentage of marks in qualifying examination or furnishes any false information or

suppresses any information.

Please note that this call is merely a notification of your being shortlisted for written test and in no way

guarantees admission to any course of study applied for NIEPA.
