NATIONAL HAEMOSTASIS UPDATE(NHU 2020 VIRTUAL)

Dear colleagues,

The Indian Association for Haemophilia and Allied Disorders (IAHAD) is conducting the 10th

National Haemostasis Update – [NHU 2020] meeting virtually on the 26th & 27th of September, 2020.

As in the past, this meeting aims to bring together healthcare personnel involved with the care of people

with haemophilia and similar bleeding disorders in India to discuss the current state of haemophilia care

in the country as well as the advances taking place in this �eld in the world. Even though the virtual

meeting format does not allow the close interaction of a physical meeting, the advantage is that many

more people can attend. We therefore hope that all the members of the multidisciplinary team at each

centre will take advantage of this and participate in this meeting. We have therefore made the

registration free.

The scienti�c program, which has been put together by Dr. M. Joseph John and Dr. Chandrakala S, covers

a wide range of subjects which will address basic management of these patients as well as some of the

recent advances. We are sure you will �nd this conference an academically enriching experience which

will help with the care that you provide your patients.
