a 50-acre picturesque locale situated in the outskirts of Shivamogga City. The

sole objective of the institute is to promote Technical Education among the

students of Rural Areas by delivering best-quality education and training to

mould the technophiles into highly professional world-class engineers. The

ABOUT LOCATION

Shivamogga city is the district headquarters of Shivamogga District in the center

parts of the state of Karnataka, India. The city lies on the banks of the Tunga

River. Being situated at the foot of the hilly region of the Western Ghats, the city

is nicknamed "Gateway to ", "Malenadu" meaning "Rain Land". The Malenadu

city is 569 m above sea level and is surrounded by lush green paddy fields,

arecanut plantations and coconut groves. The city is the gateway for many

tourist and religious sites – Jog falls, Dubbe falls, Agumbe, Kolluru, Sriganduru

Sakrebayalu Elephant Camp and many more. Shimoga is well connected by road

to Bangalore, , Hubli, Bellary; and by rail to and .Mangalore Bangalore Mysuru

About the conference:

Higher education Institutes in India are making rapid strides of progress and it's

time for us to look India as a globally dominant economy, with a high quality

higher education sector that fulfills the needs of society. Despite these strides of

progress, India's higher education institutions are not yet the best in the world.

A transformative and innovative approach would be required across all the
