NATIONAL CENTER FOR FACULTY DEVELOPMENT & DIVERSITY
About the NCFDD For colleges, universities, foundations, and professional organizations that want to support the success of their faculty, the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity provides a 12-month external mentoring community designed to help participants increase their research and writing productivity and improve their work-life balance. Our training teaches concrete, empirically tested strategies for increasing productivity and pays special attention to the challenges of under-represented faculty. In addition to our monthly training workshops, we provide an opportunity for individual scholars to become more effective.
