• All DLCO simulations were completed by one individual from DAP using the same simulation device from May 2009 to March 2011.
• 24 instruments were tested at the 13 sites. • 24 instruments, 17 (70.8%) met the target range and 7
(29.2%) were outside the 10% target range.
