Goals of Industry Day
• Promote competition on the proposed MODSS acquisition for the JSC Human Resources Office.
• Develop industry understanding of the Government’s existing requirements and vision for the Human Resources MODSS procurement.
• Provide industry with the opportunity to meet with the Government early enough in the procurement process to provide input into the MODSS procurement strategy.
• Allow industry to hear from the JSC Procurement Officer and the Deputy Director of the JSC Human Resources Office.

• Currently there are two contracts supporting the JSC Human Resources Office (HRO)– Contract NN05JA01B Human Resources Procurement Office
(HRPO)– Contract NNJ07JA24C Human Resources Support Services
(HRSS)
• The MODSS Contract will consolidate HRO support services– Including the HR portion of support from the HRPO contract– Including the HRSS contract– Adding in additional support required by HRO

• MODSS will support the JSC HRO and will consist of the planning, execution and operations of technical, analytical, and consulting duties, administrative support, data maintenance, and HR systems support. Specific areas supported will include~

• The Government intends to issue a Draft Request For Proposal (RFP)• Following the release of the Draft RFP, a Pre-proposal Conference
will be held, which will allow industry to ask questions specific to the draft RFP.
• The Government intends to issue a Final RFP• Following the release of the RFP, industry will be solicited to submit
questions in writing, in order that the Government may officially respond.
