National
Refugee Law
The National Refugee Law was adopted in December 2016 and promulgated in January 2017. Its dissemination will be undertaken (workshops, distribution of brochures, TV / radio program, etc.). Proximity sensitization on a regular basis to the various stakeholders.
Most of the stakeholders are familiar with the National Refugee Law. The law will facilitate access to basic services (education, health, employment, justice). Refugees are informed about the possibilities offered by the law.

Implementing
decrees of the

Refugee Law
The two implementing decrees (fundamental rights of refugees and eligibility procedures) have been signed by the Head of State at the Council of Ministers on 7 December 2017. Establishment of a tripartite platform (Ministry of the Interior, ONARS, UNHCR) to facilitate refugees' access to their fundamental rights.
